Love this house! Good job guys! If it were me, just personal preference, I'd put my bedroom pushed to the back and put the stairs between the bedroom and the bath so if there was a guest they wouldn't have to come through my room. Etc.
I haven't used mine in 10 years. I use a convection oven with rotisserie and hot air fryer features, my instapot, and a cooktop. They make 24" wide stoves with ovens if you feel you need one, though.
This is one of the first houses we built. The Murphy bed is folded up in the bedroom with all the exotic wood decorating the underside. Tiny Home on Wheels w/ Downstairs Master Bedroom ruclips.net/video/swrAIPZgvXY/видео.html
I like the house! The color choices in the living space are cheerful. I love the fireplace and the bathroom. The bedroom is a good size. If she intends to use an electric cooktop and some type of countertop oven/air fryer, she’s all set, though I’d prefer closed storage over shelving as far as that goes. It looks beautiful.
I know I’m coming in late, this is very nice build layout, I live in co op and have not used my oven in years, I used oven top counter cooker and make great meals, steak and Cornish hens. 👏🏻🏡🏡🏡🏡👏🏻.
I really like the design here. I could see myself pushing the kitchen/living room two feet into the bedroom space, using that downstairs area as an office, and then having my bed in the loft.
Your designs are great, and it looks like you pay attention to quality and detail. That's a big plus in an era of corporate greed. I would probably want a stand up sleeping loft and use space where the bedroom is to expand the living space, however I completely understand why some people prefer the main floor bedroom. The shower in this one is amazing. I love the look. You also do a great job with your videos.
I love this style I have always been a fan of the back stairs and I will have to say that personally I need a stove and oven but I still say it’s perfectly done 🥰🌸🌷💜🤍💜🤍🌷🌸🌷🌸🥰
Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship. It must be frustrating to read all the comments about the things you should do differently from people who have no idea on how to go about designing a functional living space in the limited square footage of a tiny house. Since it was a custom requested build, I am sure they will be delighted with how it turned out. But it would be nice if you could make space so I could pull my car in when its raining. Ha 😂
Lol - we’ll get right on that! We actually have had multiple requests for “toy hauler” features so folks can put their motorcycles, ATVs, etc inside the house during transport.
I LOVE THIS HOME !!! I would not use the dishwasher so I would use that space for either a microwave or some type of oven? The Loft is amazing and I probably would use that as a den / tv room with a loveseat that turns into a bed for the grandkids 😊
Like the toe kick drawers oh like the shower door ! Just with an older person would need to be able to walk around the bed to change it like the storage under the bed. !!! Like the drawers in the steps Cute loft !! Lots of great space there for hanging. As far as stove just a microwave and a 2 eye burner I’d be good to go. Yep us women have lots of clothes and need as much storage as possible.
I love the purple colour scheme of this house. The dishwasher could've been smaller to me but that's personal preference. The "catwalk" could've gone right across to above the window also for extra lighting and to put up plants or books etc. I'd prefer a small oven. But would just buy a hotplate device to cook with and then store away. The only other thing I like is a pantry. Even a single door one or a pull out style. I agree with @AndreaSimone57 re the stairs and bedroom. Placing the stairs directly behind the bathroom gives separation to the main bedroom and if you have guests you don't have to walk through the downstairs bedroom. I'd have the upstairs bedroom for sleeping. You could put a queen mattress up there also. Nice job with the clothing storage. ❤
Hi, I realize this is a tiny home, WOW that living area is small, even with couch on the other wall. Beautiful windows. A dishwasher yay!! No stovetop or oven? I would need both. With open shelving in a kitchen items become dusty and greasy. Would have to be a small table under the one window. Bath is lovely. Had a bed against the wall, so FRUSTRATING and a pain to make. Assume buyer has dogs, hoping dogs are TINY, YIKES the kennels are. Upstairs is nicer as a bedroom I feel. Thank you for the tour, quite interesting. 🙂
lol. I think her little chihuahuas like the small cubbies. But yeah any bigger and you’ll need the big kennels we build in the bathroom under the loft landing.
What an unusual layout, it seems like the loft is larger than her master bedroom. I like this overall but I too would need the larger space for a bedroom downstairs somehow reconfigured
I would love to have a farmer sink, quartz countertops, L shaped sofa, full sized stove skinny refrigerator, small dishwasher, bedroom on main floor, w/ a second bedroom for an office, library books and a sewing room! Bathroom needs ADA toilet and a large walk-in shower with tile walls and a stackable washer and dryer, also the mirror needs to be a de fogging and make up lights in the bathroom!

Very nice home! It's so light, airy, and spacious! I especially like the 1st floor bedroom! Very nice bathroom. 👌 The upper loft is huge--tons of storage.
Retired. I can't crawl so the loft is tough. It may be pricey but an automated lift system to use part of the upper area as storage might work. Fit an apartment size stove/oven somewhere. Otherwise love it!
I love the house and the layout. I'm wondering if it comes without the Loft and maybe a little more in the center of the room for the bed I do need to walk around bed
This is the closest tiny home I have found that I would love. I would make a few changes due to my preference. The stove is not a problem because you can get a cook top for right above the dishwasher. The bathroom is perfect! That was my favorite. Just love the black faucets 😍. The rooms are where I need a bit of changes. The bottom bedroom, don’t need the dog kennels and add drawers. I would remove the vanity for a small cabinet. The upstairs, is there a way to make the loft a bit bigger? I need the loft to fit 2 twin beds for my girls. What makes this tiny home very unique to others is the loft that seems to have more privacy. Usually lofts come with bars or an open wall to the rest of the tiny home. Other then that, it would be perfect.
Much as I like the layout of this house, I'm willing to bet I can't afford it. I'd need to paint my kitchen cabinets the same color as the front door, no dishwasher, and fridge with the freezer on bottom. I love the sink and the floating shelves! I'd want a wall in the lving with nothing but high windows because I'd want an inline murphey bed (for guests, pulls down horizontally, instead of vertically, Breda makes one) that folds up to become the couch. I think I would need to move the sink in with the washer/dryer hookup because I want a 3' x 4' shower, but I really like the Tardis-style shower. So, I dont' know if that would work. I also love having the bathroom before the bedroom. I don't like the idea of a guest walking through a bedroom to get to the bathroom which I've seen elsewhere. I could live with a shorter kitchen, or a kitchen on the end of the house with a living room in the middle, to get a little more room for the bed in the bedroom. I know I sound picky, but for me it's just fun to picture my ideal tiny home - even knowing it wouldn't work for everyone and that it's out of my price range. I might win the Lotto one day!
Love it! Wondering if I could sit up straight in an office chair in the loft? Is it crawl space? If I could put my sewing machine and an office chair up there… this will be my favorite!
I would need a stove and oven. Also I would forget the backstairs and doing all that and put a little closet there and move the bed out from the wall so you can make the bed up and make it easier to get into
I love this surprisingly...however the fake fireplace has to go and a small woodstove would be needed for emergency heat. I live in Michigan on a farm when power goes in winter my road is the last to be restored..I can heat and cook on mine
The bathroom is too small for a separate shower stall. Would have made the bath into a wet room and used a shower rod and curtain for a clawfoot tub instead. It would cut down on weight, as well. Shower does look really cute, though.
I am hoping you could give more details on the bidet toilet ......a link maybe ? I live in South Africa and would love to be able to source one of those

The hall is just to narrow! Boy just to tight space! The only thing I love about this tiny house is the doors to the entrance and exit is not made entirely of glass or a glass sliding doors. I don't feel they are good defense security where anyone can break in by smashing in the glass doors while you are asleep and then it's to late to defend yourself. Where as a wooden door that's 2 or 3 inches thick a criminal will have to struggle real hard to break in therefore making loud noises which give the sleeping home owner time to wake up and arm themselves or hide and call the police👩✈️👨🏾✈️

Very cute. I would substitute the dishwasher for a 20in. stove.
This house is perfection! Just the right size and the downstairs bedroom and the loft are amazing.
Simply beautiful
LOVE THIS HOUSE ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN AND DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM.
Another great design!
Very nicely designed. Thanks for sharing

This house is humongous. Look how far down that bedroom loft goes. Also you guys love building those Doctor who shower booths😊
Wow I really like this model.

the stairs should be on the other side of the stoop. And the puppy houses need better cross ventilation. but it's gorgeous
