- My premier production as the Midlander in the Mountains. An expat Brit from the Black Country gives a local's eye view of Gloggnitz in Austria. Taking in motorcycle rides through the mountains of the Alps in Lower Austria, hill walking and featuring some historic facts about Austria's political and war past, as well as contemporary tourist advice and information. This short video is the first of a series which will feature good to know and useful travel tips for visiting Austria and exploring outside of Vienna and ski resorts.

We really enjoyed watching your video about Gloggnitz and the surrounding region. Maybe you can remember the two local hikers you met on top of Grosser Otter some weeks ago. It’s really interesting and even amusing to be confronted with a „Midlander’s“ view of our „Heimat“. We are looking forward to watching the next episodes of your trilogy or even more of them.
