- I actually kind.... of enjoyed this abs workout challenge. 🙃
my honest opinion: this is the type of abs routine where you feel like you're gonna passed out, but you don't, so you feel AMAZING afterwards. ✨
anyways, here is the workout plan for reference:
cardio
25 jumping jack x4
-25 burpee x4
-5 squat jump x4
abs
-15 Plank twist x2
-15 Plank crawl x2
-25 crunch x3
-10 Up and down plank x2

I think the one you did before the plank crawls are actually mountain climbers(I think the plank twists are the one that you go on plank position and twist your hips side to side)
