Find the heaviest weight that you can complete 10 full reps without losing your form. Then eventually move up to a heavier weight and go down to 8 reps if necessary.
I've seen that by doing the overhead workouts our height gets blocked,but I want to increase my height further till 6ft(5'9ft currently).....so should I do the overhead excercises or is it just a myth😢
Hey is it better for the bench to have a slight decline like in the first exercise or is a straight 90 better for hitting shoulders? Not sure how much it affects it but mine can go straight up or back a little can't decide!
