Hi Midas, I'd like to know what are the arm bands for that you use in some of the exercises? In some of the exercises you start out with them off, then in other sets you put them on; but in some of the exercises you start with them on and then take them off for later sets.
I like your stuff, but this one wasn't enough. Then I did the other chest and tricep one you have on top of it and I blasted everything... I just didn't feel like this one was intense enough on it's own. That being said I love your stuff and am going to continue using your routines.
Lol easy?! This is strength training so unless you're pushing your body to the limit with some serious weight, you shouldn't be doing be this. I've got build & burn routines with way less rest time that use lighter weightloads. That style would work better for your case because I'm sure you're lifting weights that your body is already able to handle.

It may be the chest flys. In my opinion he has his arms too straight at the bottom of the motion. At the start, bend your arms more (not to 90 degrees but somewhat close) then as you approach the top of the motion straighten out and squeeze your shoulders together. You should feel your upper chest more

One minor thing, for Floor Twist Press it says 4 sets at 22:49 but you only end up doing 3 sets 25:41

Without a doubt! Delts always get trained when you hit Chest or Triceps though.
