      @@midasmvmt Hi, I really like your workouts. Why don't you do pull-ups? If I have to do 3 sets of pull-ups, should I do all three to failure or follow some sort of progression? like 3x8?

      I usually do it with two dumbbells spacing a little bit wider than shoulder width. I try to simulate the machine pullover. If I don't do row that day, I do the straight arm pull back (straight arm row). DB pullover and straight arm pullback capture the two ends of the machine pullover.@@midasmvmt

    For the past 3 weeks, 5 days a week, every morning before work I’ve been doing your workouts right after 25 min cardio.
