Im not a fitness coach, but whatever weight is okay as long you feel the burn at the end. And after a few weeks/months you increase the weight by 1-2 kg, depending of how much strenght you have built. When I first started doing gym, I started with 5kg too in most of the shoulder’s exercises
@@lukedardo9406 that's a nice start, I quickly realised that I could for now, only weight 4 kg on my hands for the 20 min exercices of this man, and man when I tell you I feel the burn, not in the beginning but in the mid video, anyway thanks for your developped comment, it was helpful ^^
some of the workouts here doesn't make sense to me with regards to their differences. side raises. lateral raises.. leaning high rows and leaning rare delts fly like bruh.. what makes them different?
