Boss routine. By 27 mins I was wiped barely pulled thru. My movements arent as clean by far but I love the burn and wont stop till I can handle some off those tricep curls with a bit more finesse. To all of yall on the grind or just getting at it may the rep gods be with you and many gains come your way 💪💪

I Don t understand the question exactly but on my rest day, I train abs or do some HIIT. Other times, I take it off and rest completely with no physical activities at all but I always keep my protein intake higher than my body weight (1lb to 1g of protein) so I consume at least 180g of protein daily. Most times I exceed it by lots but that's how I make sure everytime 😉

However, with your specialized muscle training I hope to correct this very soon. Just one question, can you do a video where the 3 sets follow each other e.g. 3 consecutive sets of Bicep Curls and then moving on to the another set? Otherwise, keep em coming.
I've definitely trained at a gym before but I haven't been able to get into one for a while now due to the lockdowns. I train with dumbbells a lot even at the gym. Free weights are better for building muscle than machines from my experience. A good mix of barbell and dumbbells is all you need to build serious muscle.

It depends on the kind of training. For high intensity routines to burn fat, I'll say aim for 30-45 minutes. For Strength and Size training, 1 - 1h30m
