High-IQ Hubrisman: Jay, you're maybe on the way to becoming my next exclusive girlfriend...
      Jay: 'I love that!'
Gxnxcxde Joe: I'm so honored to be on your podcast, overwhelmed by your kind intentions and endless innocence.
Jay: No, I'm the one honored to be in the White House, and for your time [even tho you're voted in and paid to work for *us all* and are using the interview to self-promote more fakeimage, despite 50+ years of blatantly contadictory actions]
(Young) Americans🗽: Jay, could you just ask Joe&co, while you're there, to stop sending massively destructive weapons to kill tens/hundreds of thousands of people and make the future worse for *everyone* [with collective guilt by assoc due to US taxpayers picking up the debt]?
      Jay and team: (Silent)
      .
      .
      .
💰😇💰Conscience...??? instead of mostly self-serving talk - even tho some of that is wonderful too, and we're humbly grateful for many good ideas and warm vibes.

I truly love what Andrew Huberman has done for the community. He has given verbiage to conversations we all try to have. He is allowing the framework of health from a neurological perspective, as a student working towards finishing my psychiatry degree, there are times, many in fact, I had to create physical changes to keep up with the workload. Understanding my mental algorithms meant I could change them as well.

In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.

Sit outside with nothing but natural distractions and peaceful. Sit outside with zero modern stimuli (phone, car noises, external influence, etc) and just sit there, until you don't have any thoughts left. You can learn to separate the chaos that we put ourselves in everyday and taking time to process everything that you experienced, while not having a urge to stop our internal processing and allow things to compartmentalize your positive/negative emotions. It may feel boring at first, but clearing your head everyday is a good way to calibrate the things that really have true meaning in your life or not. I'm very fortunate, but I can get a 1-2 hours a day doing this. Which now everyday, I can find still mind, it's amazing!!!!!!!
Then when you become still minded, you will get micro realizations of the beauty around you and it brings a layer of bliss to your life. You begin to see the nuances in life where you can hone into that bring peace to your life.

I’m the opposite of still minded and have so much bullcrap in my head that exhausts me especially trauma and recovering from being cheated on it’s just so awful in my head, so reading your perspective and advice is really amazing and inspiring and I am going to give it a try and I’m really looking forward to having a similar stillness maybe one day like how you feel. Thank you

As always, I appreciate these conversations immensely. I have been exploring dream entering and exiting as different states of mind to alter my perception of reality and for the first time the other day the epiphany of "you are not your thoughts" filled my entire being during dream exiting. I'm discovering the power of these neglected states of mind to reach conclusions and experience universal truths in a new, almost abstract way. I really owe it to this podcast and your many wonderful, brilliant guests. Namaste. 🙏

What came to my mind while watching this video is that you are very much talking about protocols and all kind of solutions for managing daily live and its challenges, and come to a State where you are in the position that you are safe and accepted, sonyou can be creative and building. All very helpful. What came to my mind is this conversation is full of very helpful solutions, but as a women, i often don't think in solutions.

Several students sent me this episode saying:" They speak a looot about yoga nidra", and I couldn't be more grateful to dr Huberman for giving importance to this powerful ancient technique. Finally, someone explained the differences between nidra and hypnosis (although both nidra and hypnosis mean sleep, etymologically it is the same, but nidra is more profound), nidra, and other meditation techniques and breath work...From my personal and professional experience, yoga nidra really "restores our health, reshapes lives and changes our destiny"- as Kamini Desai says. Actually, it is her, and not the traditional sentence to "shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being", bcs it is I AM yoga nidra method. Thank you so much!💞

It’s so interesting that ever since a good friend of mine told me she needs to hit pause on our friendship, which has caused me to really think deeper about friendships, what’s wrong with me, what did I do wrong, etc., the more RUclips is showing me so many things about relationships and friendships. I’ve been pretty sad about this situation I’m in but making me look deeper at myself and what I truly want in a friend. I just need to go where I’m celebrated, even though I know I was a great friend to her. Thanks for this chat.

Oh I was hurt and needed to be heard because you don’t waste away great friendship because you let your mind win over you. We are still friends now but it was painful time and very vulnerable for me as I had to go through feelings of unworthiness all caused by her. Sometimes you just know who is worthy your fight and sometimes you just need to leave it alone .. Hope you have recovered from the loss

Being chronically cynical toward anyone or thing is counterproductive; to be critical of anyone or thing implies `you know better' when you may not; however, being expressively observant of anyone, or thing opens the door to discussion, and even debate, and ultimately constructively positive. Achieving this as a `present state of mind' when dealing with others is fundamentally `respect'.

He said the man upstairs said you're covered and I dropped to the ground crying in believe. He said the other person I'm still waiting on. He said relax we got you 😢😢😢 and when he walked away, something woke up & I prayed, and brought me to this video on RUclips. I’ve naturally developed a fulfillment of online connections that’s replacing my need for actual human contact. I’m a good person and humans are not the best things in my life but are fascinating. There's nothing that delays me more in the morning than sending and then responding to texts. I am having difficulty with the whole texting culture. I'm a boomer and have friends my age that use it as their Only way of reaching out. Texting "Hi! How are you?" Says to me, they're either not authentic, not REALLY interested in that, as in order to answer, other than great! Requires me to spend time texting. Just call already. I have 1 person who texts each evening and I do the same. Is this as effective?

I’ve also had countless surgeries. Yoga nidra has been a life saver when the benzos opiates zolipidem etc do NOT WORK for me. I find it very interesting that the Rx medications do NOT work on my receptors? Anyways, yoga nidra thanks to you guys yoga nidra has been my go to as I’ve learned the hard way these medications don’t work for me.

Texting is not a basic human response. Humans used to use a phone..or drop in ..
    Not anymore
It's a completely isolated alone world
For me, my immediate family .. is my most important connection bar none

Oh, trust me, it can do miracles. :) I started as student, ended up as a teacher (after all other things that were useful, but not as much as nidra is). I reccomend I am yoga nidra AMrit method, take a look.

When it comes to which animal Jay is, I would say the Capuchin, not to get offended. You can feel their energy. Andrew, reminds me of the tortoise. They are cute but react to you only when they are interested.

I take exception to referring to the concept of "systems" as if they are sentient entities. WE are the systems.

This idea that we are set up for success .. I don’t feel is true and authentic. The goal to life is figuring out success in our individual lives. It’s the process of figuring it out that makes us feel alive. If we were setup for success then we would never know the principles of Matthew 7:7 seek, ask, knock. Seek and you will find, ask and you will receive and knock the door will be opened. Proverbs 25:2 2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. It’s the honor of kings to search it out anything we search out brings the honor of kings.
