Pure class fratello! The Seiko Dolce still is king for the price IMO. I totally agree on 2 hand being best for this style.I do like the deco stepped case, it reminds me of Jean Dunand furniture.

The Seiko Dolce is quite a bit more expensive my man. I think Casio have done a cracking job with this. Very affordable and especially if your like me and have never owned this style of watch I think I’ll give it a go! 😎
@@hezzy2813 I just found one on Chrono24 for £75. They are slightly more expensive, but offering a super sophisticated look. Nothing wrong with this Casio, it's great. But T's right, the Dolce is a beauty for under £100.

So if you just pulled off the seconds hand would this not work well functionally/aesthetically or would this be an easy mod to make it a 2-hander? I always wondered that as I have a rectangular armitron anadigi that I have wanted to remove the seconds hand from.

Hey man. I received mine today based on your video . Is a great watch. Surprisingly elegant , small and feels way more expensive . While it’s referenced as a women’s watch I think it looks great in my hand. Really happy I got it and so unusual. I got the salmon copper color. Thanks for the video

Mine comes in Saturday. Had to order from eBay from a seller from Poland. Paid a little bit extra but had to have it.
Needed a 20mm lug width to look better on 7+ inch wrists but I do like this and don't mind the colored seconds hand 😊
I'd of absolutely loved a 20mm lug on this. Why do Casio play so hard to get 😭

The mint green second hand really makes the watch in my opinion. Tank style watches are a bit formal and conservative looking but this gives it an extra kick

I'm a bit of an "affordable Tank" guy. I already have the Seiko and Sanda versions. I bought the Seiko before there were many alternatives and in my opinion it's just too big; it doesn't get worn much. The Sanda size is great. In fact, the Sanda watch is all-around great! I wear it whenever it fits the occasion and sometimes when it doesn't. Everyone who wants a watch in this style could start with the Sanda and probably be very happy. That said, I'm also a big Casio fan and welcome this watch to game, but it does fall short in a couple of ways. None of the colors offered is particularly appealing; Casio should provide at least one conservatives version (steel with black or white dial or gold with black or white dial, both with black straps). And what were they thinking when they put in a second hand and and made it that color? The charm of a "Tank" watch is in the thirties style and in letting go of the need to know the time to the second. This Casio has so much potential and then they let the nerds stick in a second hand and make it a jarring color just so everyone would know it's a quartz watch. And while they're fixing that problem, how about removing the water resistance text from dial and let the classy overall look carry the ball. I'm going to wear my Sanda and wait for future versions of the Casio.

Casio have done a nice job here and I think you've gone for the best dial colour. Good strap options too, it works surprisingly well on that nato and the stainless steel strap looks stylish ( is it a 5 link? ).
I think I prefer the dimensions of the Sanda but 18mm lug width is probably best for a dress piece.

Yeah, 5 link from WatchGecko. The finishing it brushed so it does clash... But it kinda works 😆 it would look incredible on an 18mm mesh though 👌

I saw someone mention that they also had trouble. I noticed that one of the spring bars was difficult for me. I just give us a big push and it came off. I think you just have to be rough with it. I'd advise swapping them out for another set of 18s. I think they've used ones that are slightly too tight.

Looks great, but many times I've found when they land on my wrist it all goes wrong. I'm after a tank as my next watch. Just need to try on first.
It is an incredibly style to get right. It very much depends on wrist size & preference

The black leather is Vario, the nato strap is from CNS and the beige is supplied with the Casio

I think I'm in the same boat. Although, I do think that the dial is much prettier than the Sanda. I just wish it had a 20mm lug.

It's a flat link beads of rice from WatchGecko. I think it would look better on an 18mm mesh, but I don't have one

I'd probably say it's slightly too small for your wrist, but it's all down to preference. I'd definitely say you should try one on before purchasing.

how was the dial color in real life? the photo product on casio website really popping salmon pink color but the render photo its more like beige, still hesitate to purchase this model or tiffany blue model
The turquoise seconds hand is killing me.
According to German Casio homepage the glass is indeed mineral, which I believe is true, since the watch costs 80€ - which is quite hefty, even though I trust Casio to have used solid quality materials for this one.
If they made a white or black version without a seconds hand I would buy it

They look cool! The version with the Sellita inside looks to be insane value for money. Designs are a little basic, but spec monsters for sure :)
That's a nice looking tank style watch. I haven[t seen a decent tank on Ali (spec wise)but there is a Santos type with sapphire and Miyota 8 series that looks reasonable for £80. Might give it a go if it shows in a sale,

I've got the Seiko SWR052, and it is almost too bug for my 8 inch wrist, because of its totally flat design. This Casio, might be on my to-buy list, but I'd be removing that second hand.
Just ordered a Rotary Cambridge, otherwise I'd happily have plumped for one of these. They look a fine little watch for the money.

I like it, but it is a little to small for me being labeled as a LTP (Ladies Time Piece). I would recommend something in the MTP-M105L line or maybe MTP-M305L if you are looking for something a little bigger.
They don't offer a watch in this style any larger. It's the largest we've had with romans and a squared case

Wish they would release a full gold one. The blue dial ruins it for me. Would look amazing with a brown strap too
My Bulova Sutton has a similar look with an open heart but I think I paid $250.
A better wrist band, which will cost more than the watch, it is perfect dress watch.

Get three unworn watches with different crystals -- acrylic, mineral, sapphire and hold them to your forehead, noting how cool they feel. Do the same with the Casio and decide which one of the previous watches it feels closet too. If it's acrylic it will feel warmer than mineral or sapphire.
I tried this, it was somewhere in the middle 😂 Not exactly a scientific test is it 😆

Agree with the seconds hand and strap. No seconds and Varios are great. The insistence of the WR 50M (or whatever) on the dial of a dressy watch is monumentally grating. I guess that these are aimed at a certain sort of fast fashion, Instagram woman, hence the wankish dial text that pushes the brand but not class.
Yeah, to me it would be much better without a second hand at all. Plus, the turquoise stands out too much.
