- Once I tried this dish once and then looked for a recipe for a very long time.
I just had no idea how to make such puff pastry for bread - everything turned out to be easy!
This is an incredibly delicious bread recipe and can be prepared very quickly. This is how you get great portioned rolls!

Today I baked bread according to a new and unusual recipe.
Bread with cheese. This is a very interesting recipe that you will definitely like. I advise you to bake bread this way!

Ingredients:
25 grams of fresh yeast.
Add 350 ml warm milk.
Add 2 tbsp. l. Flour.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
Mix well.
Cover and set in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Add to the yeast mixture:
Sift 700 g wheat flour.
1 egg yolk.
4 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt.
Add 50 grams of butter (melt the butter in the microwave).
Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Mix well.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
The dough should be homogeneous and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with cornstarch.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Repeat after me.
Brush the surface of the dough with butter.
Repeat after me.
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese (I took hard cheese).
Fold the dough as I show.
Be sure to dust the dough with cornstarch.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough again.
Brush the surface of the dough with butter.
Repeat after me.
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.
Fold the dough as I show.

In total I used 100 g butter and 400 g grated cheese.
Roll out the dough.
Divide the dough in circles using a baking ring.
You can use a glass mug.
Repeat after me.
Mix together 1 egg yolk and a small amount of unsweetened yogurt.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush dough with egg mixture.
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.
Repeat after me.
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Our portioned bread is ready!
Very beautiful and fragrant!

At first I thought this was the same recipe I’ve been making since I was a teenager fifty years ago until you added the cheese. I make ours the same way but it has sour cream, orange zest, raisins, cinnamon and sugar layered and I fold it into thirds twice then cut into 1” wide lengths, drug through the cinnamon and sugar and then twisted. Bake at twelve minutes 400 degree oven. I will try your recipe though, looks lovely.

Tip: Instead of spreading butter with a knife, take frozen butter and grate it all over the dough, sprinkle cornstarch, place plastic wrap or parchment over the grated butter then roll it to press the butter into dough, then fold.
Just use grated frozen butter.

I realize that there may not be a lot of dough left when u cut out ur circles but what do u do with the left over dough?
My mother always used the little leftover bits to make “baby biscuits” for us littles…I did the same with my kiddos.

when making dumplings/noodles cornstarch is used to prevent the dough from sticking to each other. By using cornstarch the moistness and elasticity of the dough are being preserved. Flour makes the dough hard and to much of it will ruin the elasticity.

Sehr beliebt und es gibt verschiedene Gebäck mit Saure-Sahne, Kartoffeln, Griebe usw.
Aber ich werde nach deinem Recept ausprobieren, bestimmt schmeckt auch gut.

Oh my goodness!!!! It all looks SOOO 😋🤤. I was wondering if the yeast you use is the same yeast as I get from the store in small pkgs. Fleischman's rapid rise instant yeast? I've never baked bread before but watching you makes me want to dive in head first to try!!!!! You're AWESOME!!!!! 👍🤩😍❤️💖😋
So she used fresh yeast but u can use the instant yeast.. the trick to great bread is buy good flour bread flour or all purpose king Arthur.. make sure you make milk warm not hot. You don't want to kill the yeast.. add ur instant yeast to the warm milk. Remember warm not hot not cold.. warm like baby bath water.
Dump yeast into milk and let it sit for a few minutes when it starts looking bubbly that means it's good yeast and then mix just like she or he showed in this video.. the trick with bread is a nove warm house for it to rise and really let it rise in between the steps just like they did... and don't be afraid it will turn out great...warm milk let rise a few times like in video and the sugar feeds the yeast so don't forget the tablespoon of sugar.
