What's the folded length of this thing with the center column removed? I'm trying to figure out if I could possibly fit it inside of my bag. My current travel tripod folds to 12" and exapnds to 61" but it's aluminum, so a little heavy. It's been discontinued too and one of the legs broke, so I need a replacement, but can't find anything that would collapse to 12, expand to about 60 and is carbon fiber

Incredible there are so many Reviews of this Tripod and this video of is the first to say thaat a tool is needed for the Arm to fold. This is the only thing i dont like about this thing. Why not malke a Knob like all the others on the head.
