Wow, I like the reminder that, “We are Not in Control of our responses to challenging situations.” Sometimes it is hard for me to remember that, when so quickly I’m triggered or caught in the stories and all the emotions and feelings that arise. If I don’t notice this Freeze state, I can sometimes get caught in judging all these useless responses as if I did have control or I should have control and it is not okay for me to be like that. And on and on and on. :-) Again, a thought and a story but when I’m able to see I’m not in control of even that, then “What I really what is to Be Here” is suddenly available! Thank you!

As with all of your videos, I have listened to this video several times and something new comes to me with each listening. And you said Noticing Sensations is the most Direct way to come back into the moment, “to Recover the Moment!” Yes, I see that that is taking back the moment from where Attention has been hijacked by all the reactive stuff going on and recovering that sense of what is actually here! Attention is here, in the body, looking at sensations. Nothing going on! :-) Nice!
Just a quick comment. I turned on the Closed Caption option and I can read along with what Neelam is saying. I find it is helpful for me. :-) Give it a try!
