    Thanks for the great videos! Me and my wife just returned from Italy, we found ourselves searching through all of your Italy videos! We hadn’t planned to visit the Aquaducts until we watch this video.
    Especially helpful was your video discussing the trains and Roma Termini. We had three day trips, Venice, Florence and Salerno. Your videos on the speed trains helped immensely! We love Train Italo!

    Gorgeous waterfall. Beautiful walk. I saw a few aqueducts, but not the park. I would enjoy both of these places. Thanks for sharing.😊

      Aqueduct Park is not a traditional park with grass but more natural landscape. Most of Romes aqueducts are located in the park. It is huge. Several thousand acres i would think.

      I am glad you enjoyed the video. Not sure the name of converter but you will need one. Pretty easy to pick up in Rome but maybe easier to bring one with you.

    I’m totally flabbergasted that you can discuss Tivoli without a single mention of Villa Adrienne or Villa d’Este!! Both are wonderful and worthy of a day trip themselves.

    Would love a video on travelling along the Appian Way and visiting the Catacombs of St Callixtus - I understand we still pay for a tour of the actual catacombs and require an entry ticket. Thinking of hiring e-bikes to do it or best just to get the metro ? Or do you think some other Catacombs are better to visit (I don't need to see human remains) eg: Catacombs of St Domitilla also nearby

    • @RozierRoma
      @RozierRoma  4 месяца назад

      To view Via Appia Antica it is best to get bikes at Easy Bike Rental Roma located at Circus Maximus. They will give you a GPS link to guide you. It is a great bike ride. On the path you can also visit the catacombs as yuou will ride past 2 of them .

    Awesome video! I haven’t been able to find a lot of information on how to reach the aqueduct from the metro. I’m glad to explained it so well with this video. Is there a trail to reach the Via Apia Antica from the aqueduct? Thanks.

    • @RozierRoma
      @RozierRoma  2 месяца назад +1

      Thanks, there is a trail and you do have to ride down some side streets mainly residential streets cross one busy street and it’ll take you over to Aqua Park. The GPS works very well It should keep you from getting lost. There’s only one small section. You have to actually ride on the shoulder of a busy road after you leave the Aquaduct heading back.

      @@RozierRoma I saw some trails using Google Earth, but I’m afraid of ending up in someone’s backyard. By looking at the computer screen it’s not clear to me what’s part of Valle della Caffarella and what may be private property. Regards.

    Any suggestions on how to get to Tivoli with the train line being down over the next few weeks? The weeks we are in Rome no trains are running to Tivoli.

    • @RozierRoma
      @RozierRoma  Месяц назад

      I am on the app and it shows there are trains. If not you can get a bus for about the same price as a train about 3 euros each way.. Use the Trainline app for busses. There may be others but I know Trainline works well.

    • @RozierRoma
      @RozierRoma  4 месяца назад +1

      The best way to get to both in the same day is on e-bike. They rent bikes at Easy Bike Rental Roma next to Circus Maximus for a good price. They give you a GPS link to download on your phone. The ride is great and easy to get to both from there. That is how I would do it. If you want to spend all day or just a few hours this is the best way to go
