      Here is the link: www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Valves/Relief-Cushion-Valves/1-2-NPT-30-GPM-500-1500-PSI-Hydraulic-Cushion-Valve-Prince-DRV-4LL-9-4019-50-L.axd

Did you do calculations on sizing motor? Your size motor is giving you excess speed and very low torque (power). You need a motor approximately double the displacement of that one. You need to turn at approximately 350-400 RMP in my opinion. You are currently turning above 800. There are online hydraulic motor calculators.

The problem is, that Bobcat is small, only has 11gpm flow. It won't run a bigger hydraulic motor. I have since sold that one and bought a 853 and changed out the hydraulic motor on the brush hog.

I am buying a 642b bobcat do you think it could do the same or is it to small?

I think the hydraulic flow would be too low. I just looked up the 642, is said about 9gpm for the aux hyd. My 743 was 11gpm, and it would only run the brush hog when the machine wasn't moving.

Need to work on my video editing skills. Lol. Bigger, slower hydraulic motor works much better, with the bigger Bobcat. You really need 16gpm flow.

I’m working on a similar brush mower for my case 1835C Skidsteer 60” cutter just rebuilt the whole machine about a week away till start up my GPM is 16.4 I got the same help from surplus center.

@@CSWmanofsteel I think I went the next size up with the hydraulic motor, 750 rpms, and 15.8gpm. You should be good if I have that hydraulic flow

I have the same 743. Do you recall what motor you used for this build?
