On average what diameter trees do you take down with this setup? 4"-6" maybe?

You could take down some trees in the 4''-6'' range, just allow the blades to nibble at the tree a bit. But this thing works great for the smaller trees and heavy brush. It's not a forestry mulcher, but it is a fraction of the cost.

Here is the link to the motor I used, it gives all the specs, but not in KW, you'll have to do some converting. Thanks. www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Motors/Low-Speed-High-Torque-Hydraulic-Motors/7-63-CU-IN-PTO-DRIVE-MOTOR-9-7368-125.axd
