Hello Bob, you are a cutie 😊 I hope your itchiness eases off. My mouse Hector had a lot of itchy bits recently and lost quite a bit of his hair, but he has since made a full recovery and his hair has grown back! I'm not sure how old he is either because like you, he is a rescue, although I'd estimate he's nearly 2. Not as old as you 😄

Great question 😊 they are tiny! So often people notice the symptoms more than the mite itself. Excessive itching, hair loss, little cuts where they are scratching a lot of where they are being bitten are all signs. I’ll do a more detailed video on this. 🐭
Just wondering ,my mouse passed away today (Daisy) I’ve never experienced this with my other mouse that passed away a few weeks ago but daisy felt lifeless and eyes wide and not moving but her little heart was beating .I tried to give her water as thought that since her heart was beating she was still there but there was no response ,it was like her body had died but heart was still slowly beating.Have you experienced that before.Can a heart continue to beat even tho she’s already left us ❤
Awwww i’m so sorry to hear this sending you hugs ❤️ it’s sounds like she was still alive but unable to move. It’s difficult to say what or why this might have happened but I’m glad you were able to be with her as she passed. She will have felt you with her. ❤️

Lots of tears of love and looking back at memory’s of her.We just have squeaky now,squeaky didn’t really bond with rosey and daisy so she lives in her own apartment :) she’s just an independent mouse .So didn’t feel need to show Squeak Daisy when she died.It’s such a sad time when they go away and leave us.But on the up side she had a lovely life and she gave us happiness and love ❤️ Have a nice week ahead Xx
@@michelleamywatt5695 I have a mouse like that too, she’s fiercely independent. I’m pretty sure she has ADHD. Daisy had the best full life with you. Hugs and love ❤️
