billy is a big girl and cute, i have 4 pet mice girls with me 24/7 as im mostly housebound ,, got them a new very big purpose built house made of perpex so i can sit within inches and watch them eat play, they always love it when the get bowl of fresh water even though their water dish is clean,,, i give then frozen peas in 1/4 inch of water they fish them out and eat the inside leaving the skins behind, they are such funny little clown , from uk granny

my mice come when i call them for a treat also when they do littles calling tweet i tweet back and we do this back and forth for a while, they are little clowns, they are with me 24/7 as im housebound granny

recently received a pet mouse and since day 1 he just glares at me and runs away and has even thrown his poop at me. he wont come near me even if i have food or treats. i really dont know what to do at this point because i cant move him to clean his enclosure without picking him up which he understandably hates and bit me about most recently. he seems perfectly healthy and happy in his enclosure just incredibly antisocial

Also if one day you get a hamster which has almost no tail and you are used to grabbing them from there you will have a hard time, however if you get used to lifting them normally on your hands you won't have a problem.

I got three white feeders who are supposedly pretty un-tame, but they all were over me except one. I think i introduced her improperly because shes like petrified of the two other mice. She bites me at any opportunity as well 😵‍💫

A ball bearing water bottle works best for keeping water clean.

Dryer vent tubing also is a good "ladder" to use as a tunnel to get to higher parts of a cage.

So quick question; I see all like mouse and rat influencers taking the mice out of the cages. I'm scared to do that, don't they jump off and run away? Id like to take mine that I'm getting tomorrow out once they're used to me but I'm really worried that I'll lose them!! How can I know they will stay with me? Any tricks?

How do I start working with them? I got my mice from a feeder rack in a store and there scared of me. They don’t want anything to do with me and I’m not sure how to start bonding with them. I offer them fresh food and treats but they Judson’s want them.
