- Calmly following the routine and preparing for tomorrow’s class on Tuesday (01/21/2025)
How do I feel today?
I feel great, so I am calmly completing all the tasks for today with an efficient mindset.
What do I want to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice becoming the person I admire in the future.
Good:
Yesterday, I was caught up in negative emotions from watching the news, but I recognized it right away and replaced it with positive content to manage my feelings. Well done.
Bad:
Lately, I feel like I am not fully focused during my workouts. I’ll set a 30-minute deadline and aim for a dopamine spike to stay focused while exercising.
Learning:
True wealth is living a life doing what you love, not just for the money. When you start doing what you love, you’ll continue doing it even after achieving wealth. A life where you don’t sacrifice today for tomorrow but enjoy today’s happiness is a blessing. I consider that wealth. Time is finite, and it keeps flowing. Use every moment toward the right goal.

Gratitude Notes:
I am truly thankful that today I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, filled with the things I desire to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Calmly follow the daily routine efficiently without being in a rush, and prepare for tomorrow’s class.
Today’s 3 words: Mental strength x = Physical strength = Exercise
Today’s Insight:
I am using my phone more than it is using me. Phones only show us the past, and they trap us in it. Information from phones is always from the past. They constantly make us compare ourselves to others, focusing on what we lack rather than what we have. Start fasting from your phone. You’ll realize the world goes on without you, and life continues without a phone. 99.9% of messages and notifications don’t require an immediate response. You’ll focus more on real-life changes rather than the digital world.

The essence of wisdom is moderation.
I was overdoing my half-body baths, which affected my condition. I’ll stick to three times a week.
After completing my full morning routine, I’ll start organizing. Always take a 30-minute break.
After dinner, make sure to eat a banana.
Apply body butter and oil faster.
Don’t pile up assignments in one day; do one subject at a time to reduce stress.
There’s no stronger force in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Important tasks: Calendar, cleaning, laundry, half-body bath, meal portioning, controlling tasks, Amazon returns.
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep:
11 hours (1-12)
Sleep quality: Excellent
Skin: Excellent
Physical condition: Excellent
Emotional state: Excellent
Productivity: Excellent
Creativity: Excellent
For better sleep quality, skin, and overall condition, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.
A detox day once a week is essential.
Exercise & Diet:
Perfect split = Whole-body recovery is absolute, no isolation exercises. Compound movements with low weights, deadlifts, muscle-building cardio, Pilates stretching. Complete within 30 minutes.
A true expert handles any situation with ease, while an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Exercise should be for maintaining overall condition, not just for working out.

This week’s goal: Spend an entire day at Four Seasons.
January goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.
2025 goal: Become a pure, kind, respectful, humble, calm, graceful, and sincere person through personal growth training. Increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you’ve already achieved your goal-today is a time to practice the future version of myself.
Let things flow naturally.
The true art of love is not to apply techniques.
The true art of conversation is not to apply techniques.
What I see now and the thoughts I have now determine who I am.
If you can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is wrong.
Where you are now is where your future lies.
Focus on one thing so that your energy isn’t scattered on trivial matters.
A routine is a sacred practice that finds optimal simplicity through past trial and error.
A greeting is something you do with your whole body.
Mindset is body posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
