I haven’t seen these toilet paper holders since early 1990’s ….they were in many craft fairs back then. Are they coming back in style ? I noticed 80’s and 90’s back with fashion …high waisted pants , flare bottoms pants. My adult kids vintage shop in our closets , if we still have any that hadn’t been donated years ago. LOL…. Never throw anything out , 25-30 years later it’s in style again . Thanks for the tutorial!
