I just got done installing mine and doing an engine swap but now I have no communication to the dme. I noticed where you installed the ground for the reflex, there is the ground coming from the dme box which I have connected but where is the other cable on that ground coming from?
Great video helps out a lot. I'm installing mine as well but I'm having trouble understanding where to tap in my Mac Solenoid. I have the Reflex+ and wiring isn't my strong suit. Was wondering if you can help me out
Im on the same boat, i installed everything and motiv checked it and everything is working very good, but im stuck like you, idk how or where to wire the mac solenoid, so that the reflex controls the boost.

My issue is I need to connect CanbubHi and low to DME now that the feature is available. After watching this video I think I should be able to do it. I just have to find pin 14 and 1 on DME?. Thanks.
I would look on the instructions on motiv’s website to fjnd exactly which wires to tap into. I will be posting a video on that as well ! Because i have to do that

I will also be uploading a video on an upgraded feed line to the hpfp and plugging in the e85 content sensor too. So stay tuned for that
Greetings, I have reasons, it does not want to connect to the computer, nor does it activate the injectors, I have made all the adjustments and nothing positive.
In order to communicate with the reflex all you need is the power and ground cable hooked up. Along with using the program tunet pro RT. I havr another video explaining how to flash the reflex. This is just for wiring purposes.
@@dereksmith6365 it all depends on what you want to do, if you are thinking about doing port injection then i would recommend using the motiv reflexBUT you dont have too. I would talk to your tuner and see what they want you to run for a port injection controller, i went with Ken at wedgeperformance and he suggested me to run the moriv reflex due to the advanced features and flexabily it has, and to be honest i dont have any regrets. People will run jb4/splitsecond.

@@dereksmith6365 to be honest i don’t think you can… since the motiv is the port injection controller its bascially like the DME for the new 6 injectors you are adding while doing port injection. Since the motiv taps into the stock wiring of the dme to pick up signal to know when to know to fire the extra fuel/whenever to kick on. I understand you want the features of it. But it would br pointless and i dont think it would work without the port injection, also the stock DME bascially has all those great features in a way if that makes sense

No. The yellow and green wire are for canbus which for e90’s Is still in development. So you dont have to worry

Are you sure you connected the ground properly? And how do you know the injectors arnt activating
If the motiv connects very well with the 12 volt switch, the injectors are not activated in the base mode.

So idk if you know this. but do I need PI to have motiv reflex. I have a n54 but there's not alot of info I can find

Will this work as a boost controller as well?
Yes. If u go on motiv’s website, click on the reflex “installing and wiring” there should be a pdf explaining how to wire it.
