This is the First Edition.
So in Massachusetts US all cars are checked every year, even 1 year old cars? But in Florida no car have to ever go to any state inspection?
All the rules are different. whether that is good or bad, you decide :-)
I almost skipped a heart beat when I saw how he lifted the car, I think its not advisable to use this kind of jack to lift it as it may puncture the battery and can make it to catch fire.

I was glad that this shop knows EV. There are a lot of Tesla around in the area.
