      It already has become a circus and the MC is gearing up for the main event. I direct your attention to the center ring where there is a high likelihood that an innocent man is being fragged for a crime that he did not commit. Forget the 3 ring circus antics, this is looking like a mauling that any lion trainer prays never happens to him. This is way more dangerous than the flying trapeze or the man riding his bike across the tightrope. This is real-life!

      I cannot agree that RA is likely innocent. There is a timeline, which RA provided, and that other witness accounts align with, that places him and just him on the bridge where he would have had to seen the girls, yet his statement, as we have been told, says he did not see the girls. That is telling to me. I do agree that the court needs to rid itself of even the appearance of impropriety so the trial and verdict are accepted as valid.

    • @jamescrane7034

      it is a circus. 5 yrs later they arrest a man who told them he was on the bridge and they mis filed the report ? ?? They find shell casings buried at the crime scene and a phone under a victim . No one in all those years pointed a finger at RA except RA. Two prison guards admit wearing patches for some odd ball religion. RA says his family was threatened. Because RA was on the bridge does not make him the killer. Where is the DNA ?

    The judge needs to be removed at this point; because of her actions, there will be an appeal, and nobody will be satisfied with the outcome. What a gross misstep from someone of her position; she should be barred from the courtroom entirely as this has tainted her reputation from this point forward.
    And did she seriously say that she would reach out to a couple defense attorneys to represent him? What gives her the right to forcefully remove someones attorney and self appoint a different one? It will be an easy appeal, and the case will most likely be thrown out.

    I'm glad the Supreme court is now looking over what decisions she made, and will hopefully sort this out! I have attorney's and a judge in my family. And they all say, and I agree, It is certainly sketchy that the judge said in court the attorney's resigned from the case, when they were acually forced off the case. Now seem to be a fact proven by them saying we want to do it pro bono, and the judge refusing them. If it were them who wanted off the case in the first place, they would not be asking to do it pro bono. These attorneys aviously feel passionate about the case, because its rare attorneys offer that. Also, if the judge just wanted them off the case and had her legal reasons, that's what should have been stated in court that day. Her reasons, her complaints, siting the laws behind them. Thats not what happened. She said They wanted off the case, and in fact that was not true. THAN THIS JUDGE appoints an attorney that she is friends with on facebook😒🤔? Another things this judge should have NEVER EVER DONE under these circumstances!! Huge red flags with the judge in this case! Everyone deserves a fair trial. Innocent until proven guilty, thats the law.

      I'd hate this to be another OJ trial where the defendant gets off because the prosecution is trying to railroad somebody who's guilty. Every whisper of prosecutorial misconduct helps establish reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury. To the OJ jury, it was obvious that Detective Fuhrman found a random pair of gloves at the crime scene, and planted one at OJ's house. So if the prosecution was lying about that, why should they believe any of it?

    Dang!! Sounds like this case needs to be tried in a completely different state. If there is a cult there you have no clue who is in it or knows who. Get that case out of there it needs to be somewhere non biased. The judge might as well announce a guilty verdict already. Now, I'm not saying he isn't guilty I just think he needs a fair trial.

    Wouldn't the correct procedure for the leaked evidence be for the judge to report the attorney to the state bar ethics board and then the bar would determine the remedy, i.e. suspension etc. The trial could only be effected if the potential jury saw the evidence and that issue could be addressed by questioning each potential juror. Now it seems that the attorney has to motion to withdraw his withdrawal, and if the judge denies that, or throws it in the garbage, then to appeal that decision. Once reinstated then the attorney could motion for the judge to recuse herself.

    Idk how true it is but I heard on some RUclips story that the Corrections Officers were present during the attorney client meetings and recorded them on a cell phone. No attorney should be allowing anything of the sort…which leads me to believe maybe it’s not true…but now that they’ve been dismissed from the case leads me to believe..maybe it is true and actually has nothing at all to do with the leaked photos?

    • @scottmccrea1873
      @scottmccrea1873 7 месяцев назад +4

      That's not true. No lawyer would meet with his client with a screw in the room. That wouldn't happen. Now, of course, it's possible the screws bugged the room where the meetings happened. But that would be flagrantly illegal.

    • @Trendyviews.
      @Trendyviews. 7 месяцев назад +4

      Attorneys reported that the security guards had their phones up to record them while meeting, but not in the actual room. The Attorneys couldn't comfortably meet with their client without security being too close. Attorneys even got pictures of a couple security guards wearing religious cult patches on their uniforms.

A judge shoving them out the door is quite improper!

    • @THEhorihito
      @THEhorihito 7 месяцев назад +1

      If that was the case, there wouldn't be rules for judges to disqualify attorneys. The real impropriety was the fact that it was done in chambers, and giving the opportunity to save face by withdrawing in secret.
      Hopefully there is a record. Not that it will matter in the court of public opinion. There will forever be people who will point back at this incident and refuse to accept whatever the outcome of the trial is.

      Have ya ever been accused of murder and locked up in prison, unable to live your life, unable to be with your family? No, you haven't. He's got the whole world looking at him, watching his every move, breathing down his neck, and pointing fingers at him. He's surrounded by other inmates who have actually committed crimes against humanity, not to mention he has guards antagonizing him everyday, repeatedly. He's scared someone will poison him or harm him in some way. I don't think its easy to be an inmate. Especially when there's been no sign of evidence to prove he killed anyone. The judge overseeing this case is stalling the trial by forcing out people that do not follow suit with her, leaving this man unable to fend for himself. Of course he's having a hard time, but now that there has been an internal investigation on those who work in the prison system, he's able to gain back some control of the situation. Imagine going thru what he is enduring. All he's trying to do is prove his innocence and the judge is using her own prejudice against him to keep him under lock and key rather than hearing the truth.

      But we don't know that for certain because the prosecution has refused to share that with defense. When they requested a copy, the state instead sent a sworn affadavit by Sheriff Liggett that he had read a transcript of it. Liggett has already been caught in several fabrications, so we can't take him at his word. There is a rumor that the prison lost the taped confession. Until the state provides the confession, we can't presume it actually happened.
