- Richard "Rick" Allen is asking the judge in the Delphi murder case to suppress an October 2022 interview with investigators claiming it violated his rights. Allen made some statements that a jury might find damning about the evidence and his whereabouts on the day Liberty German and Abby Williams were killed. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy and retired homicide detective Fil Waters look at Allen's claims and the statements in this episode of Crime Fix - a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.

Allegedly. Have you heard him admitting it?
Does anyone know if the detectives searched his house for those clothes that the person is wearing in the video? Do any of his family members recognize the clothing?
The police did recover the clothes, or at least the jacket, that he wore that day. Not only did he admit he owned clothes very similar to that. He said that was what he was wearing that day. Also I believe family members did corroborated that it looked like his clothing.
@@tamarinbush6613Ron Logan was wearing the same clothes and we have video evidence of that
@@lostyogi8712 ok! I was just responding to what the commentator asked. So yes they search and found clothing that Allen said he was wearing.
Ron Logan was a huge guy wearing a green coat. Nice try though.
Were the girls shot?
No. He only said he shot them in the back to make it look like a false confession. But the confessions to his wife the defense don’t want them bought up🤔 hmm 🤔 wonder why
His lawyers have done a great job spinning a story to create reasonable doubt
Only crayon eating plebs would think that. Odinist human sacrifice? 😂😂😂 the time line points to RA, defense is just delaying but he will be found guilty and will most likely get 1 to 2 life sentences run consecutively with not possibility of parole
When the case is dismissed, I hope Rick Allen sues them all.
It’s going to trial, why would it be dismissed?
He can't sue them for it.
Those of us that know this case inside and out are collectively *rolling our eyes* at this coverage. 🙄
😂😂😂
Are those the same people that say this is an odinist human sacrifice cover up?
@@nemonucliosisYou mean the actual investigators on the case? That's where the Odinist theory came from. The lone survivor of those detectives will be testifying for the defense.
@@jimnasium7700 yeah, the same investigators and FBI agents that dismissed the odinist theory.
@nemonucliosis tell that to Todd Click who will be testifying for the defense. And it's a shame that you can't tell that to Greg Ferrency, who also believed it and wrote a deposition. He was murdered by one of those Vinlanders before the trial began.
They've made thousands of those guns which could make the exact same marks on the bullet!
What if it misfired? All we know is it cycled through the gun.
Not if it misfired which I think happened.
He admitted its his gun....
No! Wrong!!!!!! Each barrel has unique marks and the marks match only his gun on bullet and FBI will easily prove that! I saw a video already where an fbi agent explained it all and showed it with another similar gun! It’s an exact science!
@gibbo822 that still goes to what where you doing down their if you "had nothing to do with it".
Do people here realize that he also confessed to both his wife AND his Mother? I’ve been following since the beginning - he’s guilty.
Those are the confessions the defense wants thrown out. The confession that he shot them in the back was likely the newest confession to another inmate… to say “look it’s a false confession “..they weren’t shot. But what did he tell his wife and mother? Obviously something that occurred at that crime scene. That is why they want it suppressed.
@@stephanie90734 Exactly.
Confessions mean nothing unless they include details only the killer and investigator would know.
@@nemonucliosis I think that’s what the comment replies above you are suggesting.
I think he did it
He didn’t do it , but obviously they gonna lock him without evidence
Lol
Completely misleading report. Apparently no understanding of the facts and stating the wrong dates - no research at even a basic level. Misrepresents the whole point of what the defence is arguing. I am actually shocked at how irresponsible this is. Do better.
Agree!!!!
I couldn't agree more! This is obviously a odinist human sacrifice and Allen is just randomly picked to be the patsy.
Not guilty
The timeline point to RA being bridge guy and the timeline also shows the bridge guy was the last person to see the girls alive.
Isn’t he on video? Taped from one of the girls phones?
It IS NOT A FACT .... very bad journalism
Has anyone else noticed the imprint of a pistol in bridge guys right jacket pocket? It’s plain as day. I’ve have brought this point up multiple times and I honestly don’t think the detectives working the case are even aware of it. That’s explosive evidence imo.
Yes
I want to hear his voice compared to "down the hill"
IF he did it, he didn't do it alone.
