@@gardensofthegods You are not flushing out the Nitric Oxide, by the way. You need it. This exercise releases it. It may take some time for your BP to settle. But usually a lot women who's BP lingers on post delivery have a background history of hypertension in the family and therefore do have a genetic predisposition to developing hypertension anyway. It's just that pregnancy brought it to the fore. Regardless you have to launch a war on getting the BP down. Watch lots of my videos and start putting what you learn into action. Videos like ruclips.net/video/Jk-zam4-_lU/видео.html and this ruclips.net/video/j7KG3IsHITM/видео.html and this ruclips.net/video/3aWpIGSoDmo/видео.html and this ruclips.net/video/dwhgIRsH_QI/видео.html and this ruclips.net/video/AfeMDzy26eA/видео.html and this ruclips.net/video/m8HG5XuHaVQ/видео.html Plus you could join us at the2020forum.com. @@gardensofthegods Like in my previous response to you, new moms may take longer for their BP to settle. It varies from one woman to the next. Some 6 weeks, Others 6 months. Some others more than a year. The physiological process needs to be given time. Most times you cannot rush the process. Response to natural interventions will get better over time. Some element of patience is required. But in the meantime, you have to launch the war against high BP regardless but do not be disappointed if you don't get results in weeks. It's just the way it is with new moms and indeed with most people who have high BP anyway

Magnesium powder, make a hot drink at bed time, for starters. The heart, arteries, lungs, nerves, eyes and brain are all connected. Focus on cutting out all sugar. Study animation of the pancreas, that makes sugar in your body. Buy a BP monitor to check, they last 10 years, may save your life by knowing. It's not going away, so build a plan to be the one in control.

Hey Dr. Joe. My blood pressure has been high for years and I have taken (at one time) all the medicines they have. Late month I was in a position to either keep taking medicine that didn't work, add more medication or totally change and stop taking the medicine all together. So I decided to take my life back from the medication. I made specific and intentional changes. And now your exercises have been added to my journey. I also have a couple of friends that I forward your exercises to as well. Thank you. My journey is becoming a lifestyle with out medicine.

Hi Dr Joe! I just started doing these exercises today. I'm 61 years old and disabled due to back surgery in 2017. I had bone fusion and have hardware in my back and have been very sedimentary for the last 6 years. I'm only starting with 3 sets, 5 reps 2 times a day to see how it works for me. Thank you for sharing these and I'll check back in a week to let you know how I'm doing. Hopefully I won't hurt so bad that I quit. That is what has happened to me in the past for most of my life.

Thank you ... 5 mos ago i had a SCAD event (rare, never heard of it...felt like a heart attack), Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection, where the wall of my descending coronary "split," cardiologist believes from high blood pressure (even tho i was on diltiazem daily). There was a. 80% lesion just down from the split. They don't do anything surgically, just hospitalized 6 days, changed BP medication, and wait for it to heal (no symptoms for 6 days). Then cardiac rehab back home.
My findings thru all this were you can be on meds, eat well, and STILL have blockages going on ... and undetected manifestations of high BP. Mine was, Im positive, from STRESS and depression. I was told that emotional stress (and being long-term saddened, as in family unkindnesses...adult children related) can bring on a heart attack. SO...
    • For me, my stress and emotional distress became better from ***coming to a real relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ ... by repenting and calling in His name for forgiveness and asking Him into my life as MY own Savior.... not just "religion" and church-going ... a SAVING relationship with Him by being truly born again, by the Holy Spirit of God...It was Jesus who said "Ye must be born again" ... Jesus, not just a church idea. Then will our prayers will be answered , and stress is decreased as we learn and our relationship with Him grows each day.
    • EXERCISE, even just walking if we cannot do more at first, but your exercises, Sir, are great, and I thank uou ... I WILL be incorporating them, except i have two knees that are bone-on-bone deteriorated and need replacement later, so I will not be able to tolerate these deep squats ... rather not-as-low ones.
