The fellow that is selling these has one of these he uses himself. Why he did not work with them to solve this issue is hard to understand.

They told me they had several hundred of these sold and nobody complaints??? Maybe nobody in Europe lifts more than a couple of boxes.
I would drill a hole in the tube where it is set for the set bolt so it can’t slip in with stress.
