There's a quote out there where an Eldar of all people basically states that "yeah, the Orks are winning at life." It was more flowery the way they said it, but the message was the same.
The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn? And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! It is important to note that Ghazghkull most certainly meant to die at Ragnars hands in "Ghazghkull Thraka Prophet of the WAAAGH". Ghazghkull definitely went easy on Ragnar, and allowed him the "victory". He says so himself. Ghazghkull Thraka Prophet of the WAAAGH - chapter 11 - page 199 and 200 right after ragnar choped off Ghazghkulls head. "So this is death is it? I've had worse. I need not die.
