Bro thx so much, as a midfielder i needed this more than anything since midfielder is the player who is attacking when the ball is on attack and defending when balls on defense
I had a coach when i was younger that played for many years in the super league Greece's first division, and in Apoel and champions League. He told us all those things, we even did something like wim hof technique after training, and before matches, he told us multiple times that we should eat a lot of carbohydrates and drink plenty of water. But the best advice was Train at least 3 times per week, for better results and to avoid injuries
As a striker, stamina is my biggest problem, i could score 4 goals in 40 mins then say sayonnara and be gone for the entire game. its the biggest pain i have.if i could just play for the entire 90 minutes, then id have so many goals. but i just cant get it through. ive realised its definetly my dietery problems. sugary drinks to be precise
Keep in mind y’all! Sugar is not bad for you the body needs glucose to survive. The thing that’s bad is when it’s processed and on the labels of things it has “added sugars” sugars from natural things such as fruits is amazing for you as long as you keep it in moderation. Of course you can’t completely avoid added sugars considering how, especially in America, companies add sugar to EVERYTHING. Check the labels of things you think might be healthy such as protein bars certain salad dressings and even orange juice and you’ll be shocked at just how much crap is added to the food you are putting into your body that you think is benefitting. Even stuff that says it has zero sugar such as Diet Coke doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good for you. Sure they might be HEALTHIER but that doesn’t make them HEALTHY. In order to keep stuff sweet, there must be some way right? Those extra additives that may not be sugar could still have the same effects on your body. When you consume sugar, it releases dopamine and causes your gut, metabolism, and digestive system to hold more of the substance into fat. These additives have the same effect because it tricks your body into thinking it’s sugar. Of course, don’t completely eliminate junk from your diet as that could cause a bad relationship with food. Just eat it in moderation. Moderation is key and as long as you stick to primarily natural foods coupled with consistent exercise, you’ll be just fine. And keep in mind just because labels might say something’s organic with no artificial flavors, doesn’t mean it’s good. I hope this helps y’all. This is coming from someone with years of growing up in a household with a doctor who has done countless hours on nutrition
I always figured my stamina was mostly cuz of my nutrition but I need like a guide like on what to eat cuz my parents just whatever and I tell them to cook something more healthier but our food is very unhealthy and they sometimes do it but other times they don’t and it kills me cuz I want to not only lose a little more weight but to earn muscle and I train but I am still gaining more weight but its like I am bulking without trying and I don’t want that
I also try to eat less of what is bad and eat more of what is good when my parents cook but I need a nutrition for me cuz not only that I always feel heavy whenever I play but not only that and when I don’t eat as much I feel light but weak and tired
Can I dribble an opponent 1v1 as a winger to just push the ball to the right or to the left keeping the ball close to me at 90 degrees ? because when we make a 90 degree cut the defender cannot take the ball no and therefore I can dribble it and eliminate it no ?
Thanks for the vid. When you say, breathing though the nose, do we have to the focus on that during match day or maybe this could be part of a "workout" for our stamina ? Because in a middle of a match, you surely breathe with your mouth in order to quickly recover. Sorry for my english, this is not my native language ^^
@@stephanodibennardo8950 always think about breathing in and out through your nose and it will become natural for you, whatever you do, breath through your nose. By my own experience I can tell you you will feel much better
He didn't explain it very well, and at one point I think he meant to say 'inhale' but said 'exhale' instead. My best guess: - step 1: breath normally, calmly for 30 seconds, through your nose - step 2: at the end of that 30 seconds, _inhale_ deeply, and hold that air in your lungs for 30 to 60 seconds (i.e. if you can't do 60, do 30) - return to step 1 I assume the point is to train and improve your lung capacity.
Beans are good. Processed white bread is not good. Whole-grain bread is good (note: _not_ "multi-grain," that's a marketing gimmick). Beans and whole-grain bread are good sources of complex carbs and protein, which provide *sustained* energy and support muscle synthesis. You want to avoid processed white bread because it's all simple carbs, which digest too quickly and put you at risk of experiencing an energy crash. This is also why the video tells you to avoid unnecessary sugars, which are simple carbs.
Breathing techniques are very very helpful. They can even calm you down when you are too excited in a game and you will make better decisions
