Take a fair amount of musical ability, add 3 other guys, wear makeup have fireworks on stage, sell toys and merchandise screw over couple other band members, become big boss, sell more toys, pretty much sums it up..
what compels gene to tell the world what to do? he tried to sell super expensive cd sets---- a complete flop. i don't think he sold a thousand of them. beware of gene's advice. it takes more then diet water to get rich.
