At first, the point is to roast the potatoes to a golden color on a low heat~!!!
When the potatoes are fully cooked, bake them for a while on medium heat . It makes them more crispy😍😍

포크에 꽃아서 채칼로 채썰어 물에 담가서 전분기를 빼준뒤에 소금 밀가루 넣괴팬에 노릇하게 지져서 모짜렐라치즈얹고 체다치즈 얹어서 반을접은다음에 노릇하게 구워주면 완성이네요 요거 한번 만들어 볼께요

How many times did you have to make this for it to come out so perfect?
Bruh I literally tried this today and mine was a mess...the main problem was that the potato slices won't stick together no matter how many times I tried
I think the secret is to keep pressing the potato with the spatula. it squeezes the water out which then dries it as you fry.

@@Pg-oc1dx when I make hashbrowns The trick is to double soak them to get all the starch out. And dry them either with paper towel twice . Try to get them as dry as possible even if u have to take a handful and wrap it in a towel and squeeze hard to get all the moister out .

I used shredded sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes and loved the result. Will try to use shredded jicama next as healthier alternative 🤤

@@melodied4314 it's called a Tamagoyaki pan, also sometimes called 'Japanese square pan' in shops. I bought mine on Amazon and it's so easy to use that even my first attempt was a success. I love it! My favorite tamagoyaki recipe is with soy sauce, sugar and sea weed/Nori :)

I don't think I've ever seen a pan like this before. Now I'll need one. Just so when I make this recipe, it looks as wonderful as your breakfast turned out. :) (Though I would probably gently whisk the egg before pouring it over the potato).
