    [Ingredients] 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 3 eggs (2 servings),
    1 tablespoon potato starch, salt, olive oil
    1. Shred the potatoes thinly, sprinkle 3 pinch of salt, and leave for a while (about 15 minutes)
    2. Slice the onions into round rings and sprinkle a little salt on them, leaving only pretty and small rings aside.
    3. Pour oil into a pan, stir-fry onions until golden brown and transfer to a bowl.
    4. Squeeze the water from the potato and mix it with the stir-fried onion and 1 tablespoon potato starch.
    5. Put the oil in the pan and add all the shredded potato and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    6. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and mix well with a little salt and combine.
    7. Pour the egg water slowly and place the onion rings on top.
    8. Close the lid, cook it for 15 minutes, turn it upside down, open the lid, and cook it for 10 minutes, and it's done. (Totally low heat)
