Having the intact statue be removable and used as a encounter is a great call. Makes me think of the Harryhausen Colossus. Of course my mind also goes to pulling double duty for 40k with a Marine statue switch out. This, Zrop Minas Tirith, Eric's roman columns building. Theres something about these type of builds that I gravitate towards
I'm very impressed with your building technique that combines tried-and-true traditional methods with cutting edge innovations like laser cutters and 3D Printing. Your end result is the best of both modeling schools!
You say detroit, but most of it isn’t pleasant… ever been to Toledo? Jokes aside, wonderful work! I watch as a sleep aid as crafting gets me in a sleepy, comfortable mood :) thank you for all you do!!
Looks great, the weathering is convincing and the chariot adds a great sense of scale. Only thing that could be better is a bit of grass or other greenery in the corners!
Nice work Knarb. And Latin now too? Takes me back to my Catholic school days... (almost as far back as Roman architecture really). The Roman's likely only used their laser cutters for the planning and design phase of the project. Maybe for tabletop terrain and minis too. World conquest takes strategizing. I like that you're branching out from 40k. Having said that, I desperately need to find a Librarian terminator kitbash video. Nobody must use them in game because I can't find a decent model. Hope the new game is doing well. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet but maybe I'll have some time over the holidays. Take care and Happy Holidays.
Wow your Roman architecture, is full of beautiful interesting details and the colours are breathtaking they just pop out with the details and the design is gorgeous 😍🥰🥰🥰❤️
Love your work Knarb. Another great concept and execution! Have you ever thought about doing a construction site terrain project? Scaffolding, rubble, equipment offer all sorts of opportunities.
Lightning Geopop, Detroit edition: during the pandemic, municipal actors have demolished most vacant and decrepit buildings and warehouses which dramatically reduced squatters and gang activity: and just in time. The reshoring of heavy industry from China is mostly coming to Houston, Texas, but since many empty factory buildings still serviceable in Detroit still have needed electric, gas, and water infrastructure for machine fabrication. The land is cheap, and the population wants to get back to work. Detroit's worst days are behind it. Look for Detroit to be a break out in heavy machinery in the next 8 years!

* horsey nutso person chuckles * Chesnutbrown... Chesnut is the wholly red one. Brown is the one with nutty brown body and black mane/tail. Still a KICKASS good thing there! Lots of ideas and good use of materials.
EPIC MINIS. $1 A MONTH. SERIOUSLY. www.myminifactory.com/users/WitchsongMiniatures
Such an incredible build Knarb! Well done.

A superb and realistic Roman arch, a creative and spectacular work!
Love Roman architecture and I'm always happy to see it in miniature form.
I absolutely love the wide range of materials and tools you used on this project. So many great variations.
Egg crates are great for sculptamold substitute
5:39 definitely better than carpe diem

Does most of the heavy lifting haha! Cheers man!
I love the damaging on the building and on the lettering. Amazing dry brush and air brush work. It came out great! : )
Thanks T-Nu. Always satisfying to drybrush something like this.
That is awesome and looks like it could scale with larger figures too.
That build was a lot of fun to watch. You sold me on Inks.
DUDE I love that hot glue gun stand you are so epic.... oh and the arch is cool too but omg a hot glue gun stand.
Beautiful.💖 Maybe the rider ventured into the Gorgons lair to battle Medusa.
Oh most definitely!

Looking for references always pays off... Even for fantasy/Sci-fi projects. Very nice idea and execution!
I loved the video and the build!

I did a digital kitbash of a librarian earlier this year. Lots of models to choose from out there. Stay frosty and thanks for watching!
Fantastic piece!
Labour Ipse Voluptas: il lavoro è esso stesso un piacere - the work is itself a pleasure. Nice triumph Arch!

Oh that would be neat to do a full board on, the site of a mega-structure but in the initial stages of construction.
@@KnarbMakes Definitely. So many options from historical and fantasy to modern or even sci-fi. I can totally see potential for a sci-fi board too.
This is phenomenal dude! I've always love the Romans architecture
Amazing
Excellent as always. Anyone who doesn't like it can be considered your....Arch enemy.
Oh thats good. haha!
Bazingel
Very cool. Well done.
Brilliant!
Always amazing! Your 100k subscribers are well deserved.
Thanks Jeremiah! I'm still not really understanding how many people that is.
I’m wondering when mdf terrain compagnies are (finally) going to catch on onto etched eva.
Great job as always.
I think it adds a layer of complexity, and supporting multiple materials adds cost for those kits. Thanks for watching!
Magnifica creatura Mr Knarb!
I don't speak french. :)
That mug you use for plaster looks just about big enough for my daily 100 cups of tea
That's a lot of tea!
@@KnarbMakes I’m English born and raised so I’m basically non functioning without sufficient tea
Very nice build. Like it
Thanks Sigurd!
Laser cutter need. Big need
Nice!

Interesting. I guess my jokes are a bit outdated. Thanks for dropping by with some geopop wisdom Baron!
@@KnarbMakes still funny jokes tho 🤣🤣
@@DungeonMasterpiece oh good, COVID stopped the RoboCop timeline lol
This is amazing! Where did you get the corinthian columns? I’ve been trying to find some for a project and can’t find any in the right scale anywhere!
Opponants of this build would also be the arch-itect of their own destruction...
Pompeii!!!
Any chance for the stl for that kitbashed red archway? Please?

Looks epic Knarb! Being lazy is working out for you
Thanks Nic! Being lazy is great.
I might have missed it but how did you do the road texture/brick design?
Scratch Bashing must be stopped
Or encouraged more!

But your thing is fantastic, despite the Romans.
Thanks Mary!
Plaster cardboard plastic 3d printer paint other equipment and tons of money
That quote made me immediately think of Arbeit macht Frei….brrrrrr
Fantastic!
Youre fantastic Steve!
