- The BBC's highlights show of the 1998 Emirates Triangular Tournament final between England and Sri Lanka. The match was shown live by Sky Sports, and this video really shows how much Channel 4 moved the production of cricket programming on in the following few years.
Also notably, this is Tony Lewis' final international cricket broadcast for the BBC, as David Gower presented the Sri Lanka test match, before Lewis left the BBC at the end of the summer.

Yes, as far as I am aware, the '99 World Cup are the only ODIs with coloured clothing to be shown live on Terrestrial TV. A possible exception might be the cricket played as part of the 1998 Commonwealth Games, which was on the BBC, but I doubt they were formal ODIs?
I'm afraid I don't have any footage of the Oval Test Match, sorry, but I do have the NatWest Trophy highlights show from that year which was the Beeb's very final show. I'll try and put it up soon!
