Probably the best ODI knock I've seen scored against England. I rate 90s as a much harder era. This was a final. And Sri Lankans did not always perform well In England. Add to the fact he was a classy elegant player with trademark drives.
This edges it as the best ODI knock scored against England post Viv era for me. Even better than Mahelas 1998 knock and Sanaths at the WC.
