While I would say these three getting Megas would be cool, Z-A probably isn't the game we'll get them in. As we know from PLA, the starters aren't going to be the ones we could pick in the originals, and for Kalos that actually knocks out SIX starters. The Kalos and Kanto starters. Hoenn's also out because they have Megas already and doesn't seem likely they'd also get regional forms. I bring all this up because I believe the Z-A starter options will be the ones possibly getting Megas, and with them being regional forms it would also help explain why we could never find their Mega Stones originally. The pokemon they belong to don't technically exist anymore.
Delphox could be improved if they give Fairy it's weakness to Fire that it started with. Plus Filter ability or an improved version or a new ability that makes all attacks neutral damage to Delphox, no 2x or 4x. I don't play competitively so I don't care about that, I just like Kalos Starters. It's too bad Delphox's Signature Attack didn't reduce physical attack.
They should have kept Battle Bond, made forms for Clemont-Chesnaught and Serena-Delphox, and used those two and Ash-Greninja as a customisable base for the player. Players can raise these Pokemon, give them Battle Bond, and trade them to others, allowing their friends to access their unique Battle Bond form. This gives the Kalos Pokemon something unique rather than satirating Mega Evolution with more Starters. Why did you change Flygon's typing? I wouldn't bother with that. Just give it Sandstream. It's a waste to give it Flying.

Cool. Battle bond Ash-greninja should be a thing where you can like turn it off or on. Though, mega greninja design would be cool because I feel like if their is then when you mega evolve you cancel out battle bond. I hope attack or something might be a bit boosted, cuz water sheriken was weak af, for SV unless boosted. But who knows, I took a break from Pokemon so I probably forgot a few things
