The GrimmSpeed Post MAF Hose Kit has been designed to replace the OEM hose to increase the flow to improve the overall power and response. This hose features durable 4-ply silicone construction that is heat resistant and features smooth interior walls that replace the corrugated folds of the OEM design. Additionally, this hose is flexible without affecting the structure to make this simple to install without the risk of collapsing under vacuum. The result is better performance with an improvement in throttle response.

The GrimmSpeed Dry-Con Performance Panel Air filter is a high-performance direct-OEM replacement panel filter that has been designed to flow more air while retaining optimal filtering capabilities. Although the factory panel does an excellent job of filtering, it can be restrictive even for a stock vehicle. The GrimmSpeed unit will allow the filter to flow more air while providing superior filtering protection and efficiency. Grimmspeed only and dyno is going to be amazing. Charcoal gets decent gains for zero dollars.
Are you going to take out the charcoal filter? I’ve seen dyno results from taking it out and it seems to add 5 hp.

What about the paper filter behind the air filter? I have seen that completely removed in other videos…. Is that something you recommend?

Been watching this product on your site. Black one is sold out and I don't really want the red one since there's no red whatsoever in the engine bay. Hopefully you get the black one in stock soon, along with the JDM clear side markers and the aero stabilizer.

Can I remove the resonator from the stock hose for sound improvements? I'm assuming no adverse effects will occur besides maybe a worse airflow as the air could escape from the bottom.
I would be more concerned about the opening drawing in unfiltered air. I wouldn't risk it.
Does this mess with warranty on vehicle?
Wondering too. Most likely not as the exhaust doesn’t. But air intake is more important for the engine. I know headers throw a code unless you do a slight sensor mod.
Air filter doesn’t actually improve hp. Charcoal filter delete adds 9-10hp however
The audacity of this dogwater company is hilarious. For those that don't know, Kevin Vo was fired from FT Speed on 12/13/2022 in a disgusting way. Buy your parts from somewhere else than FTSpeed or Subispeed folks; support somewhere that supports its employees and treats them with respect.
An 8-year, passionate, face-of-your company employee deserves the respect and courtesy of at least a conversation being had about any conflicts of interest or things that would necessitate termination of employment if continued.
To outright fire him out of the blue without giving him a heads up or notice that something he is doing/saying will not fly and deny him the ability to make an informed decision on what his options are going forward reflects poorly upon FTSpeed/Subispeed.
In a game where you just play the middleman, I will gladly take my business elsewhere to some other middleman that isn't FTSpeed/SubiSpeed; there are a plethora of other options out there that can access more or less the same catalogue of items.
FTSpeed/Subiespeed did Kevin Vo dirty, when Kevin Vo was a SIGNIFICANT part of why the company is as successful as it is today - hopefully yall's marketshare takes a deserving hit and Kevin lands somewhere that will treat him better and be worthy of the good-business his passion and efforts bring forth.

No, of course not.
It shouldn't, but each dealer is different, consult the dealer that would be doing your service work to see if they would honor it with this modification.
5whp is a very large % on these cars for a filter and intake hose…… maybe 0.5whp. Lol No dyno chart.
I watched a video of a car being Dyno’d with and without the charcoal filter he left in there and that added 10hp in some areas and about 5hp overall so this adding 5 is entirely possible.
There's literally vids of those numbers on other cars.
What the hell is up with tunes? This cars been out a year.
Yeah the Integra since it’s basically a Civic was modded immediately but I don’t know why Subaru made it so difficult on this model, it’s a selling point for people to want to mod them. They probably didn’t want to deal with insurance claims on tuned cars. I’ve been trying to install light-up door sills and because the door latch is now ECU controlled it’s been a PITA to find a method.
Get that charcoal filter out of there. Not going to see any gains with that thing in there.
I can't modify emissions related components. What you do with your car though... go nuts!

@@boost331 that's my personal channel. This is the business channel that could have ramifications for such actions.
Dyno tests prove that there is NO significant HP gain (just 1, maybe 2HP) - basically, it money down the drain 😞
