Electric Callboy is a German Metalcore Band or we Fans call it Party Core. Since they have to replace her clean singer and with this the shift to the Party Metal this guys go stonks. A good start for a reaction will be "Hypa Hypa" or "We got the moves" but in the end, all what they released since 2020 are straight up bangers. The last Album they released has the name "Tekkno" and 9 of the 10 tracks on it have Music Videos on RUclips, and they are all worth to watch.

If you want to check out more from Electric Callboy I would recommend "We got the moves". Their music (and popularity!) took a huge step (I would say forward, a lot of Metalcore fans think backwards - I am generally not a fan of Metalcore so that might help my stance here ;) ) with the addition of Nico Sallach in 2020 - he provides the clean vocals that I have to say harmonise really nicely with Su-Metals ^^
I like it when bands don't take themselves seriously in an extremely professional way and that's Electric Callboy in a nutshell. Everything they do is creativity born out of fun, you can see and hear that there is a lot of hard work behind everything they do but it's work that makes you excited to get up in the morning and that sparks on new creativity. It's really refreshing to see that in a genre that isn't exactly known for great innovations and in which humour is usually found in the seriousness of really bad lyrics 😅 (honestly, I'm laughing my ass off whenever I read metalcore lyrics with the knowledge that the musicians actually believe those are good lyrics. Lyrics in metal are often quite terrible - they are in every genre to be fair - but I always feel like there is an extra layer of dumbness in metalcore so it's pretty cool to see a band just jump that wagon headfirst and turn it into something that is ridiculous and funny in a really good way.)
Their music is definitely something to simply have a good time to,;perfect to party, dance ...or workout...to.
"Should I check out their (EC) music?" - There is a reason BabyMetal went to an EC concert last year - and obviously not just for having fun.
Great reaction! Yes, BABYMETAL being a trio (officially) again is so good! And Momometal fits VERY well, she even supported Kevin of EC with some growls! ("Are you ready?", like she did already within "Metali! live", and "Everybody!") A true collab and a banger 😆
There is no doubt - you shall check out more of their music. Its fun, its catchy and it is hard. And you smile all the time, might even hurt in your face afterwards.

Today they just finished the first day of FOX_FEST in Japan and they did the live premiere of this song along with Electric Callboy and everyone went bonkers with this awesome collab, pretty sure it's gonna be the hit of this 2024 summer.
Hopefully they will play this at Download Festival too or any other festival they will be together.

Electric Callboy fans love reaction videos. It’s something about seeing people experience the surprise and joy we first felt when we found Hypa Hypa, We Got The Moves, and Pump It.
Electric Callboy always has fun in their videos, and it's helping to bring the fun back to Babymetal. Another band with a fun attitude is Hanabie (ha-na-bi-e), currently touring the U.S. They mix metalcore with hip hop, J-pop, and EDM, and their videos are always crazy. Their latest videos are Otaku Lovely Denssetsu and Girl's Talk.

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。I fortunately witnessed the live debut and the second performance of RATATATA by BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy together in the two-day Fox_Fest on May 25 / 26 in Japan. Fun, happy, exhilarating, bubbly... Those words I could think of, as you can imagine. There were many mosh / circle pits over there 🤣. The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band in the back of the girls and Nico / Kevin was BM's West Kami Band in place of EC band that played in this MV. On this 50:50 collaboration basis, that was great, too. The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. EC boys can join BM concerts and BM girls can show up in EC's worldwide 😍 Is it just a coincidence that the two bands are to perform on the same days in the same places in several European festivals in June ?
★ Just FYI, BABYMETAL also performed "Brand New Day" with Scott and Tim from POLYPHIA in the festival. That was beautiful and soothing. (I believe POLYPHIA is your favorite band, isn't it?)
I’m definitely a Polyphia fan! I’ll have to see if they have a video of them playing with BabyMetal. I’m sure Tim was excited 😂

You may find a fancam video in YT with "babymetal fox fest polyphia". Anyway, guitar solos in studio version of Brand New Day was played by Scott (first half) and Tim (second). That order was confirmed at the venue.
