Awesome car. 👍You DEFINITELY should buy one and paint it like a racecar, like Herbie The Love Bug. And when will we see more videos with Bud? And is he still around? Please and Thank you.
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
@@EddySpaghetty Yeah but, have you had "Cozy Fireplace 4k (LIVE24/7) WITH cracking sounds for relaxing" on WHILE watching this? Because THIS is the way.
Hi guys! As a European, I kindly request for the numbers inside metric system too...maybe just in the corner, or hidden...for example the weight of the car, or miles/h, you know... thanks, and all my love to you guys, good luck on the BigTime journey!
Small tip fellas. It wouldn’t hurt to add other units of measures in your graphics. I doubt it would be such a big task for your editors and it would go a long way with your international audience
OMG seeing Dai got me so excited! He is one of my biggest inspirations for getting into cars, I met him back in 2009 at FD Atlanta when I was a little girl & I’ve been obsessed ever since. I still have the signed ticket from that race!
I love this format of interviewing the car owners while speaking about their cars. Love how Jerry does his background research and surprises the owners with his knowledge. He’s like the Nardwar of car guys. Quite entertaining!
It would be very appreciated if you included stuff in non-imperial units too! I myself don't really know the conversions and sometimes have to pause the video to do maths. Just a small text near the imperial number in kilograms and km/h would be very cool!
Actually AE86 wasn't popular and sold well, so Toyota made a special edition called "Black Limited" for Trueno to boost sales. This fact also contributed for AE86's popularity in early drift scene. 'Cause we wanna have some fun with our car but don't have much money, y'know.
"There are more grains of sand in the world than AE86s". I thought I misheard, replayed it and then paused the video for 10 mins. Trying to understand, accepted that I am probably never gonna get it and then decided to move on .
As a long time Discount tire employee, I remember when we sponsored Dai. We still have a single wheel from his collection in our stock right now and an old school poster in our break room with him on it. Thanks for this one big time!
Tazio Nuvolari, an Italian racer in the Interbellum period, was a master of slide-style braking, being said to "Be able to control the car's movement at any angle"! I want to point out that drifting (or sliding), did not immediately spring to life in the eighties, it evolved gradually, with the actual origins being murky (Tazio had to have learnt the basics from someone else right?) Also edit: I really love the vibe you guys have got, wish you the best!
Cool car. 👍👍 I think hink you should DEFINITELY buy one and paint it like a racecar, like Herbie The Love Bug. And when will we see more videos of Bud? And is he still around? Please and Thank you.
If you'll ever consider getting a third host on to the channel. I think Dai would be a pretty great fit, that is of course if he ever changes his mind about being a youtuber.
I recently saw one for the first time since my friend had one in high school. Neither of us had read/watched Initial D, and he hated that thing. It hits different after 20 more years of being a fetish object of car culture. It's just such a clean little car, great lines. Whoever owned this one did the obvious thing with the Trueno badges and GT-Apex decals. We got lots of interesting cars in the area, but a distinct lack of AE86s

Merch already sold out
This has become my favorite channel, even more than Cozy fireplace 4k (LIVE24/7) with crackling sounds for relaxing
Woah, I'm a big fan too but not more than Cozy Fireplace 4k (LIVE24/7) WITH cracking sounds for relaxing ... Specially in fall / winter time
@@EddySpaghetty Yeah but, have you had "Cozy Fireplace 4k (LIVE24/7) WITH cracking sounds for relaxing" on WHILE watching this? Because THIS is the way.
@@Kopa_Malphas that's livin'
Am I missing something?
Because i don't get that reference
@abdullahmamoun yeah. You're missing Cozy Fireplace 4k 24/7 with crackling sounds for relaxing.
"There are more gains of sand in the world than there are AE86s" is such a dumb line but such a cleverly disguised joke
There’s a lot more sand than a lot of other objects too, not just Toyota AE86s. There’s more sand than… oranges, humans, pangolins, etc.
i still don't get the joke. I thought it was just to confuse you lol and I'm thoroughly confused so
This is the comedy I come for and expect from Jeremiah.
Lol, I really enjoyed that "fun fact" as well 😂 That's my kind of humor.
@bucketman5138 that's it man. Just a, "Wait... what?" comment to throw folks off a little
We expected this channel is going to be good. But I don't think anyone expected it to be THIS good
I did
Meh, the hype is dying down now tbh. The view count is showing that.

More grains of sand than ae86 🤯
let that sink in
Deep
I couldn't even believe it when I heard it
They need to keep making more ae86 to get that corrected
@@ekjazzy98 the sink is knocking on the door, let it in

Jeremiah does such a great job putting the guests at ease during the interview.

Toyota better start fixing that issue of having less AE86's than grains of Sands. Chop chop. Start working Toyota come on
I’m oversquare too, my stroke is shorter than the bore.
They call it Charlie 'cause I'm hung like a can of tuna
I've just made the connection.
big time interviews are like nardwuar interviews but the car industry
LOL Yoshihara seems like an awesome guy!
BigTime has inspired me to get an 86 MR2.
It's an amazing feeling to drive it even though I'm still learning manual.
It would be very appreciated if you included stuff in non-imperial units too! I myself don't really know the conversions and sometimes have to pause the video to do maths. Just a small text near the imperial number in kilograms and km/h would be very cool!
I agree
Light cars geared low are the funnest things ever, even with like 150hp only
Yes! I had a 94 nissan hardbody. It's a little 2 door mini truck with the 2.4L engine and 5 speed manual. Very fun to drive.
Big time Big Time fan from Kenya❤
Big Time on a Wednesday?! An unexpected surprise
Dai Yoshihara?!?! Did I miss something?! When did Jeremiah become good friends with him?! Holy crap! 🤣 That's awesome. 🔥

Why was I always under the impression that there are more Corolla’s in the world than there are grains of sand? 😮

Lol same, i came to the comments looking for clarity
People forget the choice of this car was a representation of the character himself. Just another normal guy
Awww, Dai is adorable. He seems like a delight to be around.
Also, I just love the "my preasure" at the end.
The variety In this channel is what RUclipsrs should be taking notes on. I love it. I’m here for it big time.
4:46 unit length is wildness🤣

Manufacturers need to produce more cars like this old Corolla.... Inexpensive, simple, and fun.
I honestly just love boxy cars, they look so retro and tasteful, my personal favorite being the mark 2 golf gti.
Mk1/mk2 are amazing
We finally get our bumper to bumper and our up to speeed. I love the two channels. Can't wait for a collaboration
Dai is such a cool guy, glad yall interviewed him.
Love the interview with Dai. Super humble and great sense of humor! Looking forward to whatever you have planned with him in the future.
I love the detail they went into about the 4age, usually most people dont mention TVIS or how it works.
bro that commercial was wild
One of my favorite interviews on here. I love this format
the calm every single video on this channel generates in me is amazing
Dai seems such a cool dude, absolutely looking forward to more collabs with him! P.S. love the way you edit your videos it's so much fun to watch!
These driving episodes are Jay Leno's garage vibes. Im all for it!!! Lets go Big Time ❤
One of my favorite cars of all time!! Always love an 86 video, and Jerry's lie detector interview format is fun and genuinely enjoyable. Hell yeah.
The Big Time Blanket genuinely looks good wow. I would even hang it on a wall.
Dai would be such an explosive rally driver... that's GOTTA happen even if it's time trials instead of entering a professional class
Oh my gosh!!!! How original!! How in the world did any of these guys come up with a video like this.
video drop in the middle of the week just made my whole day!!! awesome content BigTime
Loving these videos. Love getting to see the car and a talk with the owner
Script of your videos is top tier guys, I don't think I have ever seen better written content!
16:11 😂 that lie detector is not working under these conditions.. it can't be accurate. 😆
Never is, but its fun
Keiichi Tsuchiya signed my copy of the Drift Bible, and its one of my favorite things ever.
