  • The Single Leg Circle can be a lovely, smooth circle or a nightmare of clicking, clunking and hamstring and hip flexor crankiness.
    I'll demonstrate 2 version of the full exercise (at my appropriate range) and then modifications to make it a more accessible, effective move if the first one doesn't work for you.
    I'll talk a bit about hip clunking and how to avoid it at 3:31 if that's something you need to address!
    If you have arthritis, bursitis, labral tear of any other hip issues, please move in ranges that feel controlled and productive, avoiding painful ranges as is appropriate for you.
