I found a new every day favorite since using that one! I recently purchased the Burt's Bee's lipsticks.. one in Blush Basin... the other in Suede Splash. They're only $8.99 so they are worth a shot!

This video has helped me so much! Every time I try to do a quick, simple, light makeup look, I always accidentally end up with a full face of makeup 45 minutes later. This video is so simple and feels like common sense to me. It was exactly what I needed to see to be able to tame myself into being able to do some nice, quick makeup. Thank you!
I use the CC cream on occasion and I find that thinning it out a bit with a gel moisturizer (like Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing gel) gives a more natural finish. Just be sure to mix it well either on the back of your hand before dotting it on or you'll have separation. I actually use an old metal candle lid - works great as a mixing "palette".

It does me the same way. It's also very thick I think.
Try a smoothing primer, pushing it into the skin with a sponge or lightly dab off the excess product with a tissue before setting with powder :)
