You put a lot of effort into your filming and it shows. The paddling away shots take time and thought. Been through most of this route you were on but only in early May just after ice out so looks so different in the summer, especially all the calm days you had, nice!

I really appreciate your simplicity and peacefulness. It is truly relaxing and enjoyable to watch. Just wondering if you’ve ever tried a hammock setup on these trips. I’ve done some kayak camping trips on Maine lakes and the campsites designated by the bureau of public lands are pretty rooty making it challenging for tenting. But perfect for hammocks. I also love your littlbug! I’m a twig stove addict myself. Firebox nano for backpacking trips firebox regular for carcamping. I like the littlbug because you can collapse it down and roll it up with other rollables in the pack. I’m also curious what you were making to put into the containers. @@notquiteultralight1701 Thank you very much, glad you enjoy my style of camping and video production.… I’ve never tried a hammock before so I may be mistaken, but I like to sleep on my stomach so it seems like a hammock wouldn’t work very well. The meals I’m cooking up are from Valley Food Storage, you can go to their website and check out all the different options that they have on offer. I use and enjoy all of their meals and options. I bought a few years worth so I don’t have to think about it every time I go out on a trip… Yeah, the littlbug is a great twig stove and I love using it, it cooks amazingly well and doesn’t take up hardly any space in my pack. I haven’t heard of the Firebox but I will be sure to check it out… Thanks again for the great comment.
@@nemadjihermit I completely understand. I filmed my trip down the mississippi and it was a chore! all the filming, editing and constant file transfers and battery charging. But when it was all done it was an amazing documentary of my trip! If you would ever be interested in a beef stick partnership I work for a company that makes a grass fed shelf stable stick that is wonderful "on the trail". We can go over details if you would like to try a sample. If not that is not a problem just thought I would offer as I use them on my trips. Happy paddling!

Your paddling style looks like you canoe race. Have you ever done the Au Sable Marathon in Michigan?
