    That's the best instruction on this throw I've seen so far. Excellent teacher.

    My professor (an Olympian) trains along with these guys and I went once to their school in Chicago and it was great training. I'd recommend them to anybody!

    As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, I'm very thankful for this video. Going to drill this, and go into knee-cutter pass from it

    That was absolutely excellent instruction. Sensie's Doug and Travis hit all the major points, and made me understand where I have been going wrong in trying to do an effective Ko Uchi Gari.
    I also appreciate that the videographer illustrated the waza clearly, and that the Sensei(s) explained important points not only relevant to Ko Uchi - e.g., that leaving too much space between you and your opponent will result make it far more likely that you will be injured if you go to the mat with them.

    Aint it De Ashi Harai if it's from the Outside In. I thought Ko Uchi Gari meant Small Inner Reap meaning from the Inside.

      It is deashiharai but after that it's Kouchigari

    • @matkasim
      @matkasim 6 лет назад

      Deashi harai is our left foot bringing down his front right foot ...outside in . This is inside out to the left( with our right foot)
