Oikakegiri involves pursuing a fleeing enemy and killing him from behind.
Ryoshi Hikitsure involves killing somebody you take by force, without giving them a chance to escape.

I have come up with different ideas for the missing kata based on thinking of their names as Zen Questions. Thanks for giving these variations which I see as inferior.
The problem with Oikake here is the same can be construed as was a associated with Torabashira, so should that kata be deleted too? Ryoshi Hikizure here on the other hand can be studied as a simple doublet, an assistant front and right or fantasy variation of a standing shohatto waza.
Resolving this mystery is therefore disappointing to say the least, although these are not the only kata presented here that I disapprove of, with all due respect to this elder!

Sono hampo bunki wa damezumari imasu
Even the Ashi is like a rocking horse!
