I tried this today and it was amazing. I made the Chenna balls by boiling milk and adding 2:2 water and vinegar mixture. This is the first time I tried because I was away from home and missing this and it turned out amazing! Thank you for the recipe ❤

But as you mentioned,
what’s the difference between Khejurer Gur and Nolen gur?
That is not a silly question. In fact lot of us are unaware of the difference. See the three major types of gur are all made from the sap of date palm tree. After the sap is collected, it is heated to form jaggery/gur. At different stages/level each gur is made. First is Noken gur, that is why it is mostly liquid. After heating for some more time you get khejur gur, which is semi solid. And at the last stage you get patali gur which is hard. I hope I could answer your question. Thanks a lot, keep watching 😊
