Bengali rosogolla Ka kuch secret
1st- bazar me Milne wala packet Ka dudh khabi maat use Karna
2nd - rosogolla 2 type hota hai
Soft rosogolla k liya cow milk use hota hai or sponge rosogolla ke bhans Ka dudh use hota hai
Cow milk se apko chana kaam lakin bohot soft milta hai lakin bhans ke dudh se chana Jada or sponge milta hai
3rd - dudh ko fadne ke liya vinegar maat use Karna or nimbu se chana soft banta hai lakin uska test thoda khatta hota hai isliya Purana chana Ka Pani use kare
Purana chana Ka Pani apko halwai ke dukan se bohot asani se 5-10 rupeya Mai mil Jayega
4th- chana ko maida ke tarha achche se gundna Hoga barna rosogolla fat Jayega or gundne ke baad usko thodi Der kapde se dhak Kar rakhna isse rosogolla soft banta hai
