balls of poop will build up on pigeon feet if left unattended or neglected.

Thank you for this video. I have s pigeon that was born with clubbed feet. It's toes are curled under and they inevitably end up with poop balls no matter what I try to prevent it. Do you happen to recall the name of the type of pliers you use?
