I have some 50/50 dewlap homer crosses. I trained them to portable loft with a few imprinted homers. My kit would sky out, and the crosses flew with more style and do shallow dives back to the box. They would pull up out of their dives to stay with the homers. They are very nice birds. Currently I have a Lebanon(diver) X dewlap pair with chicks I’m excited to try portable loft training as well and see if I can get them to dive.

Looks great…very inspirational. As for hawks, the larger the number of doves ….the more eyes there are to see predators with.

With your male having even one colored feather, he's not a double recessive white. He's simply a mostly white, double recessive grizzle. Your hen has color genes, they're just being suppressed. And with him having color, you just simply got lucky to have so many pure whites early on in their matings. Check out Adam Archer Pigeons, dude down in Australia. He understands pigeon color genetics better than most anybody on RUclips.

Seems Red tailed hawk do leave Canada and fly south, we saw hundreds of Sand Hill cranes in a corn field last week near Sturgeon Falls Ont.They where nearly all gone back in the 70's.They fly in formation like geese.We where shocked to see so many in one place.

That's so cool Ken! Keep your videos going. I think the more the message can get out there that people that are having a tough time or feeling hopeless or whatever the case is there's so many different platforms or avenues of you know people that genuinely care and will take 5 minutes or whatever it takes just to talk to somebody and try to help them. That they're really not alone it's the unknown in your head that's the scary part because sometimes just a little small conversation you realize how much more alike we all are as people. So we all have to keep pushing this message.
