I think the more the message can get out there that people that are having a tough time or feeling hopeless or whatever the case is there's so many different platforms or avenues of you know people that genuinely care and will take 5 minutes or whatever it takes just to talk to somebody and try to help them. That they're really not alone it's the unknown in your head that's the scary part because sometimes just a little small conversation you realize how much more alike we all are as people. So we all have to keep pushing this message.
