Looks great, yea I learned the hard way and ran out of foam myself, lesson for me is always to buy extra.

Yea buying the 5 gallon barrel of pour foam would’ve saved me more and would’ve had plenty.

If you screw a plywood sheet to the stringers and leave a hole to pour and let expand the PU it will save you the cutting and sanding. Just make sure to place a plastic sheet in between to avoid sticking to the plywood 😂. When expanded just unscrew the plywood and voilà.

Great job Dylan 👌it's like we're following the same script except your way ahead of me LOL😋 we're still in the process of taking out the old foam and stringers and making sure everything is nice and clean and get ready for the new stringers😋 I'm really curious to see how much all my old foam weighs🤔🤔 can't wait to see you do the floor😁😁👍👍

What did you do as far as drainage between the stringers and bulkheads so you don't end up with soaked foam ..
And just me but id never foam a fuel tank in....not knocking you just my opinion... anything that goes in should be able to be taken out.... great project i wish i had your skills and experience...
    Very entertaining. Thank you

thanks! So I didn't put a drain in between the stringers in the front, I did some research and very thing I found said to seal it up so no water can get in. Now for the coffin box and back stringers ill have some drain holes because those sections will have hatches that will have a chance of getting water inside. for the foam near gas tank i didnt fill it up so it can expand its 3%

In my opinion... I would have poured the foam into a cavity then screwed a piece of plywood wrapped in saran wrap over top. This way when the foam expands it would push into all the corners tight and wouldnt exceed the floor height. Then when you remove the ply wood the saran would stop it from sticking to the ply wood. Little extra prep but would probably yeild a better result. I would like to add I have never done it before so i could be completely wrong.

Surprised there's not a more "uniform" way of doing it
