    How to Repair a Massive hole in your boat. few months ago i cut out the steps that wasted up space on the mako 17ft boat. So in this video Ishow you how to fill the hole up with fiberglass, epoxy, and awlfair compound then sand it to get its shape baack.

    Watching from Australia, loving your work, mate, you make it look easy. I need a new transom in my boat, you almost tricked me into believing I could do that myself! Then I b1tch sl@pped myself and booked it in to get it done by a professional lol

      @@dylanbefishing Wish I could! I'm taking it in this morning. Putting in a 25 inch thermo-lite (Coosa board) one. Got a nice 115 Johnno to go on there :)

    Dude, put the thickened epoxy in a bag and put it on like icing. So much faster and comes out like caulk.

    I'm interested in your use of CSM and epoxy since I thought they were not compatible in terms of the binding of the strands not dissolving with the lack of styrene. Are you using a special approach or technique? Your rebuild is great, thanks for posting!

      Thanks man! and great point, powder CSM works fine with epoxy.

    What do you recommend to fill smaller holes? Like filling the holes for the t top to then re-drill into them. T top screws seem a bit loose.
