Watching from Australia, loving your work, mate, you make it look easy. I need a new transom in my boat, you almost tricked me into believing I could do that myself! Then I b1tch sl@pped myself and booked it in to get it done by a professional lol

@@dylanbefishing Wish I could! I'm taking it in this morning. Putting in a 25 inch thermo-lite (Coosa board) one. Got a nice 115 Johnno to go on there :)

I'm interested in your use of CSM and epoxy since I thought they were not compatible in terms of the binding of the strands not dissolving with the lack of styrene. Are you using a special approach or technique? Your rebuild is great, thanks for posting!

Thanks man! and great point, powder CSM works fine with epoxy.

Dude, put the thickened epoxy in a bag and put it on like icing. So much faster and comes out like caulk.

What do you recommend to fill smaller holes? Like filling the holes for the t top to then re-drill into them. T top screws seem a bit loose.

I enjoy watching what you’re doing. You lose me with “grinded down” though. I just can’t get past it 🤦🏻‍♂️
